Went in for breakfast Tuesday because the steak egg and cheese bagel was back I went out of my way from cross lanes to dundar . Once I got my order home I realized instead of what I ordered I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel . I wasn’t upset and called the manager Jenny replaced it the next morning . while there the second time I also ordered another steak egg and cheese bagel and a big breakfast . As I was leaving I checked the order and realized they only gave me one bagel sandwich instead of two so once I brought it to the front counter ladies attention at first she wanted to be Ms Right and swear it wasn’t messed up but once I showed her she was apologetic and got my order right . From my observation those two mornings I was there and working in the food industry myself for 10 years was they are very short handed . Only one cashier to handle the volume this McDonald’s does is ridiculous. One of the workers I spoke to there said he made $10.50 a hour and got one raise in 3 years and it was a 10 cent raise . You should have multiple cashiers and the cashier who took the order should also be bagging to make sure orders are right . That’s how it was when I worked for McDonald’s . But it’s not the workers fault it’s management and ownership. They need to bring the starting wage up to a livable wage because $10.50 an hour doesn’t cut it especially when your paying $12.75 at the south ridge location. At south ridge the orders are always right and it’s always staffed and it’s the same ownership so the pay should be higher across the board . You pay ppl what they are worth and treat them with respect they will apply and stick around . Job seekers especially high school and college students that probably make up 90% of McDonald’s staffing needs avoid applying at these deadend jobs because the pay is terrible and management treats them like children . And a short staffed restaurant with unhappy employees means customers are receiving bad service. All employees INCLUDING YOUR LONG TENURED EMPLOYEES!!! Hear me on that LONG TENURED EMPLOYEES and new hires should be paid $13 an hour at all restaurants. and if you can’t properly staff your restaurant then you shouldn’t even be open for the day . It’s ridiculous what your paying them and the reason why nobody apples or even wants a job at your establishment. Multi billion dollar corporation. Each franchise making millions a year won’t be making it much longer when you do have to shut down because nobody wants to work there anymore . Do better...

I am in no way prejudice and understand that he needs a job, however, if God made him a man, u should be proud of that. He should be a man a work at least. I do heavily disagree with MCDonald's placing him at the window for everyone to not only see but deal with. It should ne up to the adults in our childrens lives to decide when they are exposed to such things, not up to MsDonalds. Read moreI drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to work in an hour and a half to get back because traffic is so bad I can stop here in the morning and I get great service hot food every thing that makes McDonald's the best option in breakfast. Today was no different I stopped on the way home and my chicken nuggets were dry and cold they're noticeably smaller therefore they don't hold the heat and it's very easy to overcook I imagine. My fries were cold. Please if you know you have cold fries just park me I will wait. Cold chalky fries are absolutely inedible. I was a mile or two away by the time I tried my first fry. Probably my fault for not checking at the restaurant and asking for hot fries. But is it? I can remember 30 plus years ago when I took a class on fries. I could tell you what temperature how long they needed to cook by sight texture and taste I could tell you if someone pulled them up early or if they took cold fries and re-cooked them. I could tell you if they have been properly cleaning and recycling the oil. And I used to share that knowledge but the team members have glazed over eyes and seem to have that non-empathetic attitude of they're just fries chill.
