Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Duncan

For years we have traded with Little Caesars Pizza because of the ethics of the founder. Obviously, that legacy has been lost.

We've tried repeatedly over almost 3 years to give Little Caesars Pizza in Duncan another or a third or a fifth chance to make food properly, yet the only consistency in their food preparation is that it is poorly prepared and sometimes not actually edible.

I will add a photo of the latest batch of chicken wings, which will be the last batch I ever purchase from Little Caesars, where you see bits of chicken bone that have been cut at both ends and there's almost nothing on them. We're all familiar with chicken wings, there's three parts: there's the flat, there's the drumette, and then there's that little bit that helps the bird move around that is not edible by humans. Cats might be thrilled. Not only were there five or six pieces that were unidentifiable, those that were were all drumettes. I don't happen to prefer those, I usually order two orders so that I can get six Flats instead of three Flats and three drumettes. But they don't care, it's obvious. The pizza, as long as you are specific, is edible. The chicken wings, not so much. Eat here at...

Been a customer of Little Ceasers chain for years and I was today years old when I found out the picture I show here of what I ordered just with extra cheese & light sauce that you also get garlic and parmesan cheese all over your pizza. This picture doesn’t show that on the pizza but if you order it, this is what you get. Then when you say something to the employees, they hang up the phone or walk away when at the desk. Manager insists this is how they’re made and special instructions are needed to take off garlic & Parmesan cheese yet no special instructions were able to be put in nor does it say or show anywhere these are included on the pizza. & never once have i requested it not be on my pizza… But after ordering 100’s of pizzas in my life this place has ended my time with LC because I was so disrespected being told I’m wrong about what I ordered & didn’t provide any sort of compensation until AFTER talking to 3 people when 1 hung up on me. 0/10 just drive to Lawton if ur hungry or hit up dominos...

My family of 4 tried to order online but the website would not work ( on 2 different devices). So we called and asked for the deal of the day, but were told it was only available online. The manager on duty also confirmed the deal was not available over the phone, even though the website would not work. We ordered for pickup over the phone and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up, we waited in line for 28 minutes and once we got to the pick-up window, they said they did not have any order in our name. We left with NO FOOD, one hour after ordering on the phone. Later, at home with a delicious Domino's pizza, we called and spoke to the manager again. He listened to some of our introduction and told us to call back tomorrow between 9 and 5 to talk to someone else, and then...
