I was in line for about 20 minutes but I sucked it up- it's Friday. I ordered the family meal for $24.99 (10 PC chicken, two large sides, 5 biscuits). For my side I ordered two rice n beans. I also ordered three jalapeños and four hottie sauces. It went downhill from there.... when I got to the window I realized I was charged for 3 biscuits. I asked the employee in the window about it and he just stood there with a blank or lost stare and said he wasn't charging me for biscuits (I guess my lying eyes can't see). Finally a young lady handled the matter and refunded me for those phantom biscuits (I only have the 5 biscuits in my bag) but even with that, she had a bit of an attitude (YALL MADE THE MISTAKE!!!) Then it gets even better.... not... The four hottie sauces that I paid for were not in my bag. Since the lobby is not open to address their mistakes, I had to get back in the line for another 20 minutes. I get to the window to get the sauces I paid for- no apology in sight.... just the blank/lost stare. Read moreI visited this location tonight on 8/17/21. I got in line at around 9:30pm, I got to the speaker at exactly 10:03pm. The girl taking orders at the window took everyone’s order all the way up until the car in front of me. As soon as I pulled up to the window she immediately said they were closed. Even though she just took the order of the customer in front of me. I wasted 33 minutes waiting in line and I was the very last car. I understand that the closing time is 10pm but I also know fast food restaurants have cameras that monitor the drive thru. Not only that but she refused to respond when I told her I had been waiting 30mins and that she just took the customers order in front of me. Being someone who has worked in customer service for 16yrs serving customers. I would NEVER make a customer feel so undervalued! No one wants to continue to give business to a place that doesn’t create an experience that makes them want to return. I will not be back to this location. Read moreI was on the service road avoiding traffic while it was raining and noticed a new popeyes. It was after 10 so we hsf to use drive thru. The young worker sounded rush. We arrived at the window. I asked for ketchup, tarter sauce,cocktail sauce and spkenda for tea. He was quick with order but forgot splenda, cocktail sauce. Had to ask for straws and napkins.
He gave us 4 napkins. I asked for more. He exclaimed ( They be BITCHING) I Said What? We are not B.... and he said no the manager was BI... about giving too many napkins.
I advised him that he SHOULD not be using bad language. It is not appropriate to be cursing. Seriously!
Food was hot, good and service was fast.
But this language was horrible and management shouldn't complain about napkins and I surley shouldn't reap the raft because we needed more than 4 napkins.
This is shameful from mngt and please teach the employees to watch their language and customers do not want to hear any of this nonsense!
