Honestly I come here every other day and I keep coming bc one : it’s the closest and two : I hope it’ll be different, but I always end up so disappointed. Today I decided just to keep on driving and simply leave a review.
Out of all the times that I’ve ever visited to this location I want to say about 15% of the time they get my order correct and that might be a little gracious even at that. I always try to be extra nice and polite when placing my order, yes please, no thank you, that’s it, thank you so much… etc and this is everywhere I go…
Today, I placed an order for a drink with a shot of espresso and once I made it to the line to pay, I told the guy if he can scan my phone and use points to cover the shot… he then asked.. oh wait what did you order? I told him my drink and then he said “ooooh okay” and entered the shot to the order and just handed me the drink. My drink was already lined up with the drinks of the orders after me just waiting to be just handed off.
I’m upset bc after noticing my shot was not included when the order was placed he still handed me a regular drink , and charged the shot.
He in particular has always been polite when he’s on the drive thru window but how polite can you say this action truly is!?
Now in the past, I have spoken up a couple times but this location makes it known that speaking up is to be frowned upon. They will give to you attitude and be short with you once you do. Like you’re disrespectful and complicated if you ask to receive what you ordered and pay for in the first place.
To top it off 85% still ask you to tip… before I get my drink… then I really regret and kick myself for being to nice… bc obviously I usually don’t get what I wanted.
I always tip when they hand me the handheld to enter my tip even tho I personally feel like I shouldn’t bc I’m IN A drive thru… but the one time I mustard up the courage to not leave a tip… the girl talked into her head set and said “she didn’t tip” and closed the window…. Why did she have to share that?!
All this to just get milk and ice with some drizzle for the aesthetics…

Read moreThis location is amazing! I sometimes stop by to work from my computer and I've never had a bad experience with the service. Specifically, There was one day that a man I did not know came to sit by me and made me pretty uncomfortable. I was one of the only customers in the building, but this man sat right next to me. He was asking very personal questions and continuing to talk to me after I told him I have to work. He kept standing closer and closer to me, which made me anxious. All I had to do was glance up at the baristas and they immediately understood the situation. They quickly separated me from the man without making it awkward or uncomfortable at all. They also ensured me that they will make sure that man doesn't do a similar thing to anyone else if he ever came back. And if necessary, they would take appropriate measures to not allow him to return.
They also gave me a free drink and a free food item as an apology for this situation, even though it wasn't even their fault.

Lobby was closed, and I had placed my mobile pickup order for inside, at 555pm. The frondoor is locked. There are 20 plus cars. I wait in line for approximately 40 minutes. I did speak with Austin, and he said I would need to get in line for my mobile order. I asked him if there was no way something could have been posted on the mobile app that would have alerted us that the inside was closed. No, we have no control over the apps. I did because it was already paid for. But while waiting, I witnessed a vehicle pulled up to the parking lot next to the windows.
