The owners/manager is just not it! The manager is appalled that you would even consider going to her establishment to spend money. As soon as you walk into the door no greeting or anything just straight up LET ME SEE YOUR ID we understand that’s policy but.a smile wouldn’t hurt. She’s really rude to her customer UNLESS you are a regular that plays in the league she could care less about her other customers. The fact that this is a local bar for a small town is a shame- a lot of the locals don’t even come here because of the managers attitude. We went on a night that apprantly they had league night and it was closed to the public but her sign outside the door didn’t say any of that so we still went inside and she stormed from behind the bar and pushed us out stating “there’s a sign on the door” lady there was a sign that said closed but yet there were a lot of people inside we thought we could go in and all we wanted to do was ask. Next time be more specific but regardless we won’t be coming back! That would of been our 5th time trying this place out thinking each time would be different and maybe better but it doesn’t get any better!! I’ve witnessed her micromanage her own staff she literally hovering over them and doesn’t even let them attempt to do their job. And the way she tells them how to do her job is pretty rude too I can’t imagine working for her let alone being a customer. It’s sad to see a grown woman act that way towards...

She has really done a fantastic job at entertaining all of the customers that come into her Bar& Grill we d and new customers call Bikini Bottoms! Kim genuinely wants her customers happy and having a blast, especially when they choose Bikini Bottoms Bar and Grill to kick back, have a bite to eat and/or take in a couple drinks to relax for the evening. As a customer, not only have I been happy spending some time at Bikini bottoms, but it sure has been fun getting more involved by attending some of the festivities and seeing all the fun activities Kim has organized for the holidays for all us to enjoy ourselves. Thank you Kim for your hard work and thank you for checking in with your customers and for asking the questions to see the perspective of your very own customers to get a better understanding of what it looks like and feels like for your customers.
