Roscoes Eatery — Restaurant in Dunellen

I have ordered here three different times. The first time it was an online order and they didn't have steak so had to change the protein. The 2nd and 3rd time I went, I called ahead to place the order for pickup, and both times the owner took my order but never placed it into the system. So I have to sit there and wait for my order to be cooked. It only takes a few minutes but I am not sure what is the point of answering the call, taking the order, and then never cooking. No other patrons are there so I'm not sure why the service is lackluster. The food is very tasty but the service is unbelievably...

Food & service is always top of the line every time I go. Sometimes I get there 10 mins before closing but the cooks are nice enough & still willing to take my order. The girls are a great vibe and create conversation with you while they make the food from scratch & still comes out a chefs kiss. You can tell they make their food with a lot of love & passion by the way it’s served & the taste you get from the first bite. If I could rate this business out of 10 stars, I’d give it 11: best of the best in...

Customer service here was horrible. The girl that made my wrap made it on top of a bare counter and kept moving the wrap from counter to counter without even wiping the counter first, she doesn't use gloves, wiped the top of the fridge with her bare hand and kept making the wrap without washing her hand. Also the utensils she was using to cut the lettuce and such, were dirty. Her attitude was very nasty and didn't even greet when I came in the door.. First and last time..
