Cara Mia's in Dunmore has been our beloved lunch spot for over 20 years, and we never tire of it! This gem offers a fantastic variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and pizza that keeps us coming back week after week. Each dish is prepared with care, delivering consistent quality and flavor.

The soups are always flavorful and comforting, perfect for any time of the year. The salads & sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and offer a delightful combination of tastes and textures. Their pizza is simply delicious, with a perfect crust and just the right amount of toppings. This is one of my mother's favorite pizzas ever made.

However, the highlight has to be their frozen meat sauce. It’s the best we have ever had, rich and hearty, making any meal at home feel special. We always make sure to stock up on it!

This place has some of the best sandwiches I have ever had, at Subway prices- just so much higher quality ingredients! The soups and salads- phenomenal. Service and cleanliness- stellar. The catering services are incredible, as well. It feels good to eat delicious, high quality food- but it feels even better to support local business. Who needs fast food when we have a Cara Mia's??!! We order at work from Cara Mia's at least twice a week. The Dunmorean cold sandwich is my personal fave, and the pasta fagiola. Never had a bad experience, and the staff is hard working, kind, and friendly. Cara (the owner) has worked very hard to maintain a great business, and it shows. She can be seen there daily, supporting her staff, and if you have not tried Cara Mia's yet- you are really missing out on some delicious food. Keep up the good work, Cara Mia's! I used to love ordering from Cara Mia's as the food is always very good. Today the way we were treated by their staff, I will NEVER order again. The doctors were treating us to lunch (total of 10 people). Their staff forgot to put in their computer 2 items and also messed up one of our hoagies. The original order that written down was attached to our receipt and they wrote it down but never put it in the computer. When calling to tell them about the mistakes because 3 of our team members are now without lunch and they were very rude 2x and requested we return to wrong hoagie like it was our fault they messed up and made us feel like we are trying to get free food. Also driving to Dunmore 2x from West Scranton with no type of compensation. I know 2 of our other locations besides us order from there also and we will all no longer be...
