My 8 year old vomited all night after I ordered MILD wings.
They were so hot, I was nauseous from them. Not too mention they are close to my home and pizza was cold. I suppose that happens with food in trunk. I called to tell them, before she threw up, there was no apology 1st. There was, without me asking for a refund or better food, the woman said. .. with a snicker, we don't offer refunds. We will make you new ones. When I said we do not want more of your food, she snickered again
My daughter threw up for hours, crying bc the roof of her mouth was burning terrible after the first two episodes of vomiting.
THERE WERE ONLY 2 EATEN. AND 1/2 of over of those was me trying it. Bc she loves mild wings, and I wondered if I had forgotten this was just a spicy mild thing. No.
I've had their wings, this was not a case of spicy mild.
She missed school today. I will add a pic of two wings eaten, the only reason the pizza was TORN APART was bc we were trying to make our mouths stop burning.
She couldn't even make it to the bathroom bc she started off with severe pains in her stomach. So if the owner wants to have proof of vomit for this post, I'll make sure to take pics before I take the garbage out. She should be in school and is still sleeping bc she was dry heaving after their food left her body.

I call the girl states I order it that way. My order is attached. I just graze on the fries I order weren't right.
I called and tried to talk to them about it. She dismissed me. Like I didn't just look at my order, and you sent it out wrong. You need to talk to your phone person on 4/14/25. She needs coaching.

I tried to reach out because the owner apologized and watened to make up for it. I got an automated response. Via messenger. Because I'd chose to keep this between us. But yeah not sorry. I've seen some reviews about the person on the phone. You claim "we need to address that, that was a year ago someone mentioned that" don't know if that's family's, but they need to be gone.
That's not customer service. Especially when I pay extra for toppings and get half a pizza topped and attitude.
Next time you want to apologize and offer me something...maybe be sincere and give me something to contact you...

After i called they then called me back on my cell number which i assume they got from their caller id because they never ask for a call back number. The number that came up on my cell was not the number for joeys pizza nor was it any where close to their number. So i didnt answer becaude I get calls from random numbers all day and I will wait and see if they leave a message because they usually don't when they are telemarketers. Well i waited and no message was left and they never called again. Well surprise for me, when my brother came back with the order all i got was fries and no answer other than they tried to call you. So needless to say, no dinner for me tonight thanks. I would suggest if you are going to call a customer back about an issue with their order, first off use the phone number associated with your business, leave a message incase the person wasn't near their phone, and try to call more than once like you care about your service.
