Tried to like this location , because I live so close by, but it’s really hard to do so when every single time I go there , the service is as poor as the food. Today being the worst experience. Sandwiches were not made properly, and wish I could send a photo of exactly what I’m talking about. Not to mention it’s always closed early claiming understaffed. I personally will never again purchase another subway product for myself or family. This particular location has completely ruined my desire to ever give my hard earned money again , from what I have experienced today. Horrendous!!! The store location closes at 9pm but it always seems to be closed by 7pm sighting that the location is understaffed. When my wife went there 2 nights ago to attempt to make the same purchases that we had made today , the young lady behind the counter seen her coming , and walked away from the register where she was actually cashing out a customer, just to turn out the lights and inform my wife that she is closing. That was 7pm , 2 hours before closing time. Enough is enough with this place. Read moreI made a pickup order. Paid $3+ for double tuna. Picked up sandwich & there was barely any tuna at all. Lodged a complaint on Subway’s website. Store manager emailed me and thanked me, said she would retrain her employees. ??? I’m glad she’s retraining her employees, but what about the THREE DOLLARS YOU STOLE FROM ME??? I had to ask for it back explicitly, and even then, she refused, saying she would “review the security video and see if the employee put the right amount of tuna on the sandwich.” Of course I asked her to share that video with me, and I heard…nothing. Subway’s national officer sent me a satisfaction survey, and I told them this entire tale of woe, and they also did…nothing. Don’t go here. They screw up your sandwich and they steal your money. Read moreI arrived at 8:45. They open at 8:30, it's clearly stated on the door. I walked up to the counter and the worker came from the back to say "we aren't even open yet" I asked when they open, he walked over to the clock and said "probably not until like 9am" which means they are behind on prep or whatever else they need to do. It would be fine if he cared about being open late instead of making up a time they open. I've been on the road for 4 hours, and this was my one stop for food. Put up a sign or something. I've worked at Subway, by myself, doing prep while serving food during rush time. the food was open in the containers.
