Worst Burger king experience ever! We all know that there are differences in quality and service between locations and we all understand that there are bad days. However, there are minimum expectations to standardized system gastronomies that are usually met. What I experienced at this location, however, is far beyond anything acceptable. The complete shift was a catastrophe. While the manager tried to explain to the customers being upset after waiting for 30 minutes (AFTER ordering, not because of waiting in line), that the situation is due to people not wanting to work, probably hoping to get some understanding nods at least from the conservatives in line, it was obvious that understaffing wasn't the issue at this place. It seemed like a hidden camera is waiting for customers to loose it: the staff kept playing a game of who could move slower, wandering between the printed out orders without ever actually doing anything. One of them was occupied trying to find the perfect way of wearing his hat. Let me make clear that I am not referring to glancing at a mirror and rearranging yourself, I really mean standing around doing nothing for minutes while customers are waiting. After having to tell employees what we are waiting on and what they haven't placed on the tray yet; after getting the fries replaced as so much time has passed and they were cold (to be fair: they noticed that themselves and offered accordingly); after sitting down and "enjoying" burned patties; the woman in front of us was still waiting on an order for herself and her kids (she must have waited at least 40 minutes). The only positive experience in this nightmare of a restaurant was the extreme patience, compassion and understanding people of that area (we are not from there) seem to have. Only one customer used an angrier voice, while everybody else expressed their displeasure kindly...
Read moreThe service was horrible. My chicken fries and sandwiches were cold and seemed like they were from the day before. What was the worst part was the staffs behavior. My wife asked the staff if the bathroom was open because it was locked and they said if it’s locked it’s because someone was in there. She waited over 10 mins and no one came out. She knocked on the door and there was clearly no one in there. My wife then proceeded to tell them that and they said someone was in there. Immediately after they started whispering and laughing at her because they knew no one was in there and they had probably locked it previously. If the bathroom didn’t work they could have politely just said the bathroom did not work. But they were disrespectful instead. Staff needs to get fired. Everything...
Read moreAppears that there are some menu changes that happened within the last 4-5 months. Haven't been to Burger King in years but I'm pretty familiar with the Ultimate Platter. Brought it home and there was no biscuit! Honestly that's what I really wanted. And bacon instead of a sausage patty? Called the manager to confirm that what was on the plate was correct and was told that corporate decided no biscuit due to pancakes and that other meals would get an overhaul as well. Friendly and professional exchange. Odd to think that Burger King is concerned about starch portions. I'm not the first to call or ask about changes either apparently. So if you're going to Burger King for breakfast and expect one thing make sure to ask before you leave...
