Nestled on E Drinker Street in Dunmore, Pandarella’s Breakfast & Lunch is the kind of charming, locally loved café that instantly feels like a hidden gem. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful spot to start your morning or a cozy lunch destination, Pandarella’s delivers a delightful experience across the board. Pandarella’s stands out with its unique and inviting aesthetic. The café exudes a playful, whimsical vibe—think bright accents and a cheerful, modern diner feel that’s both cute and memorable. The space is designed to be welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or even enjoy some quiet time alone. One of the most appealing aspects is the tranquil atmosphere; it’s notably quiet, allowing for easy conversation or a peaceful solo meal without the bustle of larger chains. The music mix at Pandarella’s is another highlight. The playlist is thoughtfully curated, blending upbeat classics and mellow tunes that complement the café’s relaxed energy. The music is never too loud, striking just the right balance to enhance the ambiance without overpowering conversation. Service at Pandarella’s is friendly and attentive. Megan was warm and welcoming, quick to offer recommendations or customize orders to suit my preferences. Pandarella’s menu is a standout, offering creative twists on breakfast and lunch favorites. Breakfast lovers will be delighted by indulgent options like Banana Split Waffle Sticks, Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast, and “Hash Attacks”—hearty hash brown bowls loaded with toppings such as eggs, bacon, cheddar, and more! Beverage options go beyond the basics, featuring over 25 coffee flavors, coffee flights (where you can sample four flavors at once), and boba tea flights—perfect for adventurous sippers or anyone looking for a morning pick-me-up.

I found this little gem on Facebook and I'm glad I did. Tucked away in Dunmore sits Pandarella's. It's cute and colorful and the service was wonderful. We ordered Boba tea, and for being some of the only boba tea you can get around, it's not bad! Not the most authentic tasting boba or the richest but it gets the job done and tasted pretty good! The food itself was tasty and the portions were extremely generous. I had the sausage gravy & biscuits with egg over Hashbrowns and I left there extremely full and satisfied. I got standard hot coffee and it was good but a little bitter, could have been a little bit fresher. The service was fast and accurate, and the waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful during our entire visit. We went within an hour and a half of them closing and they took us regardless and didn't make us feel rushed. Overall the food was an 8/10 but the experience was a 9/10. Would highly reccomend and will most likely go back!

As someone who eats out a lot, and has worked as a Chef for the last 8 years I can genuinely say I was more than happy with food, service, and prices. One of the servers noticed our son took a liking to her Boba sanitizer cover and let him play with it over the course of lunch. Love having the option of boba flights and coffee flights- helps to decide in the future on a favorite or even just give you a taste of everything each time. The absolute best part of our breakfast was the banana split waffle sticks though. The syrup isn't overpowering, the waffle sticks are fluffy inside and crispy on the outside, and they used fresh sliced fruit. This honestly is the best breakfast place in Scranton, Dunmore, and I'd argue locally in general. Lived in the area for about 4 years and are sad to be leaving the area especially after finding a new gem.

The food here is good. The menu is diverse, they have some unique items, and the portions are generous. I've been here 3 times so far and have never had a complaint.

The only reason I'm leaving a review now is because of an off-putting interaction I had with the staff today.

We arrived for a late breakfast at 12:40. We were approached by a server who told us, "we're closing, and only have a limited menu."

I asked what was on the "limited menu." The server said she'd check and let us know. She returned and said, "you can order off the full menu." Huh?

We did exactly that (their hashbrowns and boba tea are amazing), ate, paid, and left about 25 minutes later. The service was otherwise good.

So, a few comments: if you're "closing," then either lock the door to prevent anyone else from coming in and/or change your hours of operation to reflect that you close at 12:40 instead of 1:00. Don't lie and say you only have a limited menu in an attempt to get us to leave. Either you're closed or you're not.

Also, you're a small business and we were return customers. We've raved to several friends about this place, who have also gone and enjoyed their experience. I would think you'd appreciate anyone who came through the door, even if it was 5 minutes prior to closing.

Just wanted to share my experience as constructive criticism to the owners, and not to deter people from trying this place.

Despite today's interaction, we'll likely be back and will tell our friends to...

i will start by saying i do not fault any of the waitresses for this, and i appreciated all of their time for serving my friend and i.

the main reason for this review is hearing the chef yell at her waitresses. the place is not that loud and when we were there, there were not many people. we sat near the kitchen, and all we heard was the chef yell at the staff while they were making other people’s drinks or preparing tables for future customers.

my friend and i got their mini pancakes: i got the honey nut, and she got the funfetti. both of our mini pancakes were overcooked; the inside was gummy and tough to eat. she ordered a side of bacon and i ordered a side of hashbrowns. her bacon was undercooked: not crispy, and one of the strips was quite literally still raw. my hashbrowns were fine, but they needed salt and pepper.

my friend and i sat and waited for someone to come over, and i don’t fault any of the staff for taking a bit to come over to us, but after waiting, we just wanted to leave. the waitress who did help us said we didn’t have to pay for anything and that was incredibly sweet, since i did order a coffee and...
