Don’t go to the Starbucks in DuPont...young girls that run their mouth instead of paying attention to the order. I ordered the egg with bacon that is super delicious, and a drink. I was on on my way to work mind you but I had plenty of time to wait for my order. I got the drink pretty quickly, but after 2 to 3 minutes I still hadn’t got my food. These ladies were so engrossed in their personal conversation , no one noticed that I had not received my food . Finally one of them looked looked up and saw I was still sitting there. She asked with a confused look “oh can I help you” and I said yes I would like my food that I ordered 10 minutes ago. She totally forgot my order then when they made the order which was almost 5 to 8 minutes...they proceeded to give me the order. And they said it was dropped on the floor so they had to make a new one. honestly I think that they actually gave me the food that was dropped on the floor, I was so mad and so angry and now I was going to be late to work. They said it was going in the trash if I didn’t take it. It was cool, not hot; when I got to work, it went in the trash I will never ever go to this Starbucks again. There are plenty other ones in that area that I can coordinate my trip before I will step foot in that facility again!! If I could give them a ZERO rating I would! And finally they are probably the slowest...why because they talk too much about their personal conversations instead of getting the order to the customer. Work...
Read moreUpdate May 30th- I don’t know why my coworkers always comes here. Once again the “shaken” espresso not shaken. Today my drink was so bitter, that I swear they didn’t put the syrup in the drink. I had my coworker taste and she agreed it was way to bitter.
Update as of May 18th - STOP Advertising shaken espressos if your barista cannot perform the act of shaking them up! I’m tired of layered drinks being clssified as “shaken”
Very disappointing , we ordered a few drinks and waited quite awhile for our drinks . After waiting about ten minutes , we were informed they couldn’t make two of our drinks due to them being out of Strawberry purée, highly disappointed , as we already waited ten minutes to be told that 2 of our 6 drinks we were unable to get . The barista gave up no solutions for it . And the 3 shaken espressos all looked different . As if they only had shaken one fully , one semi and the other one more layered . The staff wasn’t the friendliest either...
Read moreNormally Starbucks is pretty good service, but they need to be extra careful on drive thru customers. Twice lately I have gone through and twice they have gotten my drink wrong. Today I ordered a grande iced sweetened black tea. When I got it home to have it with my lunch that I also ordered, it turned out to be an iced black coffee! Even the sticker on the cup said black tea. I called this time and complained. He wants me to remember when I come in next time to mention my drink was wrong and remember his name. There should be a better way to refund or send a coupon to a customer for a free replacement. Before you leave the drive thru window, don’t trust the sticker, taste your drink! I looked at that drink as he was handing it to me and I thought it looked darker than tea usually looks. Should have trusted my gut and took a sip right...
