You need to fire Thomas at the other location and Ethan (who's messed up my order like 5 times now!).
Thomas FORCED me to take a remaining $5-something balance on my food. I said I wanted to pay it. I said it THREE TIMES you guys. But he was so ugly to me, and in front of my friend too. He ignored what I was saying, right in front of our faces, and forced me to take the $5.36 or whatever off, even when I wanted to pay for it. Part of the reason WHY is because I'm SICK and TIRED of him (and the other staff on one occasion) putting credits on my account because stupid Ethan, who's nearly legally blind, has messed up either all or nearly all of my orders the past month and a half or so.
I'm really getting sick of this you guys, and just a handful of other things. And when I went back to try and work things out, re-communicate, and smooth things over, Thomas turned my entire experience with him, again, right over into the trash.
You guys NEED to check the cameras with him at his store. He's an IDIOT. I couldn't finish a single sentence. I tried to reasonably defend for myself, I tried to explain "that's not always what the customer wants (being that they don't always want more free stuff, especially when they feel insulted by it, and you can't justify it as "customer service" when you FORCE it on them.).
The story with the $25 credit to my account went from he added it to my (or my mother's shared account) about 2 weeks ago (I thought it was supposed to just be $20 under my mother's number, initally, though), to some other manager over two months ago had added it?...I wasn't even shopping there then? Was I? But shouldn't I know? Why would he act like it was him from two weeks ago then, when I'm mentioning it was from a much more recent order that was messed up with the wrong toppings and hair in it?
But can I get through what happened with any allotted decency and humanity? NO. Not if it's from Thomas. In between me needing to try to ask questions or even just finish a sentence, this guy interrupted me like 20+ times, threatened to call the cops on me, because I wouldn't just lilly-over for him asking to leave his store. I have self-respect and know I should deserve, as an adult, the right to finish at least more than just another cut-off sentence from this d.a. Thomas telling me, "but I don't understand?! I gave you FREE PiZzA!?"
When he finally cut me off again, after all attempts of decency, and said, "I just don't understand," and "I gave it to you for free". It's his job to zero things out. I just got it already....I got it.
He is just...an idiot. It doesn't matter if I want to develop, maintain some decency as a customer and get out of Ethan (or somebody)-messed-up-my-order-again-jail. It doesn't matter what happened in the past on my orders, or random phantom credits that I never knew about. Clearing up communication or clairifying anything doesn't matter either. I'm just supposed to be a stupid barbie doll he can walk past the dark courtyard outside, and today, because he doesn't understand his own job OR he can't develop real interpersonal communication skills to handle the job, he refuses to talk to me for 2 minutes outside on the sidewalk. He'll never be doing that again, because "he's not supposed to leave the store." Fair enough. But anyone ever heard of a nicey-nice narcissist? And when things aren't easy, they go 180 on you?
He's also wasting the store's money, because THAT'S EASY. And when you finally don't want anymore of his willfull crap about it, enjoying sugaring you at the store's expense before you realize it, he turns around and treats you like crap when you finally say no, you don't actually want something for free, and he refuses to "adult" and explain things or find a respectful way to resolve issues or even offer a time.
Instead, he just zeroes everything out, or your BAD and you're mean to him for asking otherwise. Like his communication skills are some real...
Read moreI normally don't leave reviews, but this one was so bad I feel compelled. I am a fairly regular customer here and this is by far the worst experience. I ordered online at 5:19, estimated ready time was 9-14 minutes. I show up about 15 minutes later and was told it would be ready in 5-7 minutes, which I'm fine with. At this point I lost track of how much time went by, but is was awhile (30 min maybe), and I finally see up on the TV screen that my order is ready. At this point I'm frustrated but still fine. So I wait a few to see if they will call my name, but it doesn't happen. Instead, I see my order has now disappeared from the screen so I decide to go up to the counter to inquire, and this was the breaking point for me. I stood at that counter for a solid 10 minutes, had several of the employees look at me but didn't even bother to come to the counter to ask what I needed. That was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. Anyway, the employee then tells me there was a mistake and she was going to start on my order next. This experience had drug on for over an hour at this point so needless to say I told her not to bother and cancel my order and I promptly placed an order with pizza hut who had my order ready when they said they would. Look, I get places get busy and mistakes happen but to have several employees literally stare at me and pretend I wasn't even there was appalling. They knew I was in there to pick up, if they were proactive and approached me and said there was a mistake, we apologize, Yada Yada, I wouldn't have been bothered by it at all. Good customer service goes...
Read moreCamino del Rio Durango co 10/5 at 1003 went into Domino's on Camino del Rio to put in an order for two pizzas. When we walk in there are five people behind the counter. One person with blonde hair (female) working their butt off rolling out a bunch of dough. Girl at the cash registry say they are not taking orders right now . I was like "what do you mean you not taking orders" . They got an order this morning for 48 pizzas. I'm like " okay" "so how long before we can order our pizzas" reply was "I don't know". One person working behind the register and 1 person with dough, the rest, 3 people just standing round. So I asked them if they care about the walk-ins or not because it didn't seem like it to me. I am glad Domino's is making some money to pay their employees. However their employees don't seem to work. Cuz I couldn't figure out why would three of the people there they couldn't take our order. So this is your review, you have no idea how long it takes to make 48 pizzas. And obviously they don't know how to work around each other if they couldn't take any other orders, when there are three people standing around but. BUT we ended up going to PIZZA HUT. And that's when I remembered I don't like Domino's. It's just a convenience because of their location. PIZZA HUT was short on staff but they got us our pizzas( that were great). Pizza Hut is so much better than Domino's. 48 pizzas Domino's I'm glad you made your money for the day. You just lost my business and everyone I know. but again I don't mind because PIZZA HUT IS SUCH A BETTER PIZZA. Thank you Domino's for...
