They don't even care if you're trying to buy a new phone and service. I sat there for over 2 hrs just waiting for someone to take my money and pay my bill! There was 5 associates in there and I was there before 2 of the other people walked in and all they kept telling me for 2hrs was someone will be with you shortly! While it didn't take 2 associates to sit in casual conversation with one person! Like I said there were 5 of them and only 3 customers INCLUDING ME! I'M SO HAPPY I'M NOT WITH VERIZON! WAY TOOOO EXSPENCIVE, AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLUS THEIR CORPORATION SET UP THEIR STORE IN A SO CALLED DEAD ZONE FOR WIFI AND INTERNET! In in todays world, the customer isn't right and they don't care anymore except if you accidentally pay your bill short by 32 cents and they threaten to shut you off. But they can accidentally take a_DOUBLE__PAYMENT OUT of YOUR BANK account and ALL THEY CAN SAY is SORRY, WE CAN'T PUT it back INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THIS MONTH, BUT WE'LL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NEXT month and the CREDIT NEVER GETS PUT in GOOD STANDINGS WITH YOUR CREDIT REPORT, BUT THEY WENT AND PUT THAT YOUR PAYMENTS HAVEN'T ALWAYS been PAID ON TIME OR IN FULL!!! ALL OVER, WHAT ENDED up BEING THEIR MISTAKE BY 32 CENTS! BECAUSE I PAID my bill IN PERSON WITH the BILL THEY SENT me IN FULL!! YUP THEY SCREWED up ON MY BILL, HAD THE BALLS to CALL me and SAY, MAM, YOUR CURRENT bill is not paid in full and that means it is also late. Like I said they don't care anymore except about the almighty dollar ( or should I say cent) since they merged corporations and became a huge conglomerate like the rest of corporate America!!.......

We explained what we were looking to do and within a few minutes had a plan that was much better than we expected. It led to me deciding to get a new phone as well. When attempting to move my phone number from my previous account to this family plan for some reason the number wouldn’t release. My watch # transferred immediately but my phone number wouldn’t. Spent 45+ minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service and they could not give an explanation for why the number wouldn’t release. Devon ended up spending 3 hours attempting to get this figured out, while also helping other customers that came in throughout the evening. Verizon was unable to release my # until the following day so when I showed up the following morning I was greeted by Dillon. I had already spent 15 minutes on the phone with customer service that morning and they assured me it was fixed. Dillon knew what needed to be done and had me in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Both employees listened to what we needed and then worked with us to provide us with exactly that. They were both extremely polite, respectful, helpful and I felt they both went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of. Experiences like this can be few and far between in Durango so we greatly appreciated...

I went in to the Durango Verizon by Ace, 4 days in a row and waited over 40 min without being acknowledged each time. The staff seem to chat it up with the current customer and make no effort to hustle to get people through. Other patrons waiting with me expressed the same concern. One I got help, this lady made no effort to resolve the issue but was happy to talk about where she was from, problem with America, among other non relevant topics. She gave me the Verizon number and told me to get a few things fixed then she would help me. I waited over an hour while she helped another customer and she kept telling me she would be with me soon. I had a Verizon representative on a call that was wanting to coordinate with this same Verizon store gal so they could solve the issue together. After another 20 min she told me she was going to be hours before she could help me. The rep on the call waited for an hour and overheard how I was being treated and was mortified on how customers get treated at these stores. I saw another older lady getting the same treatment and got so frustrated she started to cry, which got their attention but still didn't seem to create any urgency. Unfortunately there isn't many other better options in Durango for help, which I think...
