Subway — Restaurant in Durango

I have complained before about this store consistently not having types of bread around 6p to 7p. I received email and voicemails from the local owners assuring me that this would never happen again. Decided to give it one more chance and would u believe they did not have the jalapeno cheddar bread for the evening at 7p while being open for anotherbook3 hours, AGAIN! Believe it! So regardless of false assurances, I recommend that you spend your hard earned money somewhere that actually wants to earn your business and have the options on the menu available! I don't spend my money at places that actually like to their customers. Don't waste your time or your money at this Subway... it's a tourist town, u have lots of options to eat somewhere else. I suggest you take them. There is a Jimmy John's on the other side of town and they have NEVER...

I originally took down my review since the man who answered was very kind and willing to help me. I was sent out with not one but two sandwiches with bread that did not get proofed. It’s literally the size of a hot dog and this sandwich was 17$!!! We live about 20-30 mins out of town and the manager asked we come in to “verify” the bread. Well here is there verification. I’m not wasting the gas to go back just to “verify” the bread. So stupid and arrogant. If your proofer isn’t working then close down or throw away the bread that can’t be used otherwise you end up scamming your customers. Now they can foot the one star and losing a loyal customer. What a waste of...

Customer service is excellent. The new menu...not so much. Sweet bacon? Gross. Supermarket (generic quality) Turkey? Even worse.

Something has gone horribly wrong with the "New Menu". I could make the same sandwich with generic meats, for half the cost. And again, that new bacon....just so gross 😖

It might be worth it to go to sonic, or even Barts deli across the street. Or go back a half mile to serious txs bbq, to get real turkey .

And the new bacon....it doesnt even seem like real bacon. Something has gone horribly amiss with their new menu. Even their "smashed avacado " isnt even...
