I would give no stars if possible. My family and I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store monthly. I walk in today with my child to make the same purchase that I always make and was stopped at the door and told my child is not allowed in their store. The manager asked me if I wanted her to stand outside with my child so I could make my purchase. Are you kidding me? No. If my child isn’t welcome here you can not have my money. The amount of time that I was lectured about policy I could have made my purchase and walked out the door. Meanwhile this store has credit owed to me due to their employee over charging. Explanation was because they have tobacco product. Well so does a gas station. Long story short this store has lost a customer that has been with them...

Love love this store! The hookah lounge is awesome! Great atmosphere. They were so helpful and friendly to us. I was really impressed with how they took the time to explain everything to us about hookahs and got me and my friends all set up in the hookah lounge. I'm in love with their selection of licensed band shirts too. Tons of really cool stuff. My friends and I are going back again next weekend! You guys Rock!
