The Corner Crust — Restaurant in Durant

I showed up at 6:32 PM tonight (Aug. 14) to pick up two pizzas and a meatball sub for a local delivery service. I waited 10 minutes before an employee even spoke to me, and it was another 15 minutes before I had ANY of the food. The one employee that talked to me first asked what I was waiting on and the name on the order, then went back to making other pizzas for people who had showed up after me. This order had been placed online via the delivery app, it was in well before a walk in order, but they got their pizzas first.

All told, I waited well over 30 minutes for something that should have been ready when I showed up. My estimated pick up time was 3:36, I didn’t walk out of the restaurant until 7:06. Thankfully the customer I delivered to wasn’t too upset, but I can only think of how many orders I missed out on because a crew of high schoolers refused to have any decent customer service skills and let me sit there until they got backed up, and then didn’t put a rush on it to get me out of there.

Literally the only reason I will ever be back here is if I have other deliveries from this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this cost me time and money and none of them seemed to care, and the only excuse was “we were short staffed.”

EDIT: I have had several deliveries from here over the past few weeks and I have noticed a lot of improvements. I am changing the ratings to reflect the efforts of the staff to better serve guests, with there being several times my orders have been ready before the estimated...

My family an I moved to Durant about a year ago we’ve never been to corner crust till today 9-18 we where attending the nightly Thursday concert down the block and wanted to grab a bite to eat before The staff was welcoming and polite seemed like a bunch of high school students. They did a great job in my opinion. The dining area was nice. Just some of the tables still had trash on it dirty napkins shoved into the stands in the middle of the table, food ect. we ordered 8 inch and 12 inch pizza which came out fresh and hot along with our order we ordered garlic, Parm wings when we received our wings, they were burnt on the bottom I simply thought it was a dry rub seasoning but it turned out burnt so it gave the chicken a burnt /char taste when my husband went back up to ask for different wings or simply a refund, the person in the back told him we can only take it back if the chicken is under but that’s how they always do their wings… all I can say is possibly do some quality control on the...

Working for the State of Oklahoma, and having to work in small towns, it’s always a pleasure to try out local joints. This special little place in Durant, Ok is one place you don’t want to miss! As soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere. Was met at the order counter by a very sweet girl. I was so very excited that they offer gluten free cauliflower crust! After placing my Made To Order pizza, I walked over to the drink counter to fix my iced tea, I was greeted by whom I can only guess is the owner or manager. He was super friendly and made sure I felt welcome! And then the moment of anticipation, my pizza arrived! Yall, I have to say it was theVERY BEST pizza I have ever had!
