Food was sub par as was service. We were only ones there, 10 minutes later others showed and were served well before us. Asked waiter and was told we had to wait they get service first, she actually gave our order to someone else and food was not that good anyway.

The birria was perfectly cooked and had a robust spice profile. The consommé it was served with wasn’t oily or broken like I’ve seen at some other places I’ve been.
