I've been to Chipotles in 5 states, this is the worst run one I have ever seen. I feel sick that I ever ordered to go from here without going inside and watching the process first. For starters, the first individual taking my order was rushing us through. The cross contamination was everywhere. I watched beef drip into chicken, chicken into softitas, etc. If you can't eat one or the other, I can promise that you are getting some. Part of the problem is the utensils they use, but the other part is how they just rush. The next part of cross contamination I saw was an order number sign getting dropped right into the mild salsa, then they continued to serve the salsa on my bowl. For future reference, don't ever do this. If you contaminate your food, you need to dispose of what had been touched. The design of the how ingredients are laid out are also...off. I'm not sure how to put it. Go in and take a look. The icing on the cake is when I paid over $2 for chips, which actually was a bag of air with 20 complementary slightly stale chips, picture provided. When you have multiple employees making these level of mistakes, ultimately it is management that is responsible. You didn't set any of those employees up for success. They clearly were rushing so as to not have any consequences later. They don't have the correct utensils. They are placing items near food that could fall in. They allow meat cross contamination. These are things you should be addressing in training and emphasize it. Part of the problem is how many to go orders they rush to fill. I'm not sure how to address that. That's a culture problem how so many people will blindly eat at chipotle instead of any of the places next door with no lines at all and safe food. Also, parking is terrible here. Though that's probably not on Chipotle. That whole block has some of the worst designed parking lots I've ever been in.

Apparently it is not common sense to strain the ingredients before putting them in a burrito. I understand they were busy however, if you do not strain the ingredients the burrito gets soggy, it then has to be remade because it collapses like management does on a lunch rush. Remaking the burrito slows everything down. So which is quicker, straining the ingredients and doing it correctly the first time or waiting for a new tortilla and holding up the register? Also it would be nice to not have burrito soup when the restaurant is at capacity and you are forced to eat in your vehicle. As much as I like living dangerously I don't appreciate having to balance a coup of liquid in krinkled aluminum foil on my lap in my clean car. Pro tip. As I wait for my burrito to be remade the register can go ahead and ring me up so I can move out of the way as to stop receiving death glares from others patiently waiting in line. Lastly I used half a tree of napkins to stop the inevitable leak, could save you money and the environment to strain the ingredients. I'm just saying.... #startstraining

MY UNBIASED OPINION- Food - 5 Speedy of service during lunch hour - 3 (slow) Parking - 5 Staff - 5 App ordering - 5 This is a very nice location. So glad that chipotle is finally here in Durham/ RTP. There are so many jobs in RTP with a very limited number of option to each. Chipotle should have known this and should be prepared. Sadly they are not. The line was out the door. My mom and I waited upwards of 20+ minutes just to get to front to make an order. They desperately need more staff working during lunch hour. The staff is super friendly! Everything was clean. Nice large dining space compared to some of the surrounding chipotle locations. Parking is plenty the food was great and consistent with other chipotle locations. All in all, come try out the new location. BUT BE WARNED- order your food on the app. Come in and pick it up from the pickup area. Parking or app orders is right at the front door. That way you won’t have to wait so long like us! Happy Burritos! 😀😀

This location is 2 minutes away from my house so it’s convenient! However there’s a young girl who sits there with her face screwed up all day! Today I told the guy he needs to give me more meat they literally try to give you nothing! She had the nerve to raise her voice! That’s one thing I don’t play about is respect! I’m not sure who she thought she was talking too but I ensured I told herself about herself! Then some young guy there had the nerve to say I can raise my voice too and get ghetto? Excuse me?? You’re at work. He proceeded to tell me I can go to another location. This had NOTHING to do with him. I was on lunch so I really couldn’t stay long and straighten them out! She has a face full of make up and face screwed up every time I go in there and he has glasses and looks like he’s there for drama. There’s a young guy on the register who’s always nice I want to say he has tattoos! I will be back there later on when I get out to speak to a manager. Please teach these young kids REAL customer service! This is the job they chose so provide with a smile on your face because this can lead to losing customers and you can tell they don’t care about the future of the business nor the reputation of this location. I will be back today! Oh and she charged me for double meat all because I asked for a little more meat! I want both of their names and will be writing to corporate! It’s bad enough times are hard and I choose to spend my hard earned money to come here for this type of service and to yelled at by kids! Enough of enough with these young kids getting jobs and having the worst...

GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY, They probably look at all negative review and don’t do nothing, or probably just don’t bother looking at the many negative reviews but either way it seems like the business doesn’t care and will not care about the customers(i’m assuming). But what is facts is that. This place sucks so bad…if u order in person, they put half scoop portion of everything even when u ask for a regular portion(full scope) and then they shove it to the side of the bowl, making everything on the bowl look like a little kid spoon portion size, i got robbed basically and you will too. and don’t get me started on online ordering, cuz they’ll also try to rob u by always putting less than a scoop of everything u wanted. basically they put less than what u asked for any way that u order(online or in person) .And my experience with pickup order to that place ended up being half bowled, little size, one half of the bowl full the other half completely empty, that means a half bowl/ half food, This is like every other chipotle where they put as little scoop of everything, Keith Lee was right bout chipotle it’s not good👎. Also they serve uncooked rice and when i bought bowls it and took it home, everybody's rice were uncooked(that means hard rice) including mine and we complained and they gave us 3 free bowls to make it up for us which is the only nice thing they’ve ever done but it doesn’t cancel out the negativity in the place because i have seen and heard of others complaining about the same...
