The one star is just because I have to give something for the actual Direct staff at this location. If it wasn't for that I would hope to give a zero. Very unprofessional with how their corporate handles business. Very unethical. It's really a trap overall. Please don't sign up with them. Find a small business with an office space or you and another friend business owner get together and get a space of your own because this...

We reserved a room in advance. My employee is currently there for a meeting with a client but no one is at the front desk to let them into their meeting room (they arrived 30 minutes early and now it is sapping into their meeting time). We've been using this company for a decade now and used to be quite happy with them, but the service has really gone down hill....
