Chopstix Chinese — Restaurant in Durham

Me and my little brother (RIP) used to go here twice every month since late middle school, early high school just to chill for hours with the buffet. We even know the manager. I still go here still to this day (limited to once a month now). The environment is good. The food ofcourse is either hit or miss depending on your own tastebuds but I LOVE their honey chicken and crab rangoon. They also add random stuff to the buffet sometimes. I give this place 4 stars because of the nostalgia, the friendly manager and waitresses, the low pricing for the buffet (under $6 per person), clean environment mixed with the music, and the menu. Even though to some people the menu might be basic and not too creative, it's still delicious even to a picky eater...

I ordered food at 6 17. Called back twice between then and 8 00. Food arrived cold and mushy. When I called back and told the lady, her response was, it's not cold, I know Chinese food. well I know cold and mushy, and it was 50.00 for cold Chinese food. She said bring the food back. So we did. Then she wouldn't replace or refund because she said we had taken a bite. We were hungry, we had to taste to know it was inedible. Do not valid for the scam. The delivery driver was high and could not tell us why he took an hour and a half to get our food to us. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a restaurant and I was in Durham to have testing at Duke Hospital. How rude, ugly, and nasty....not good look for...

So nasty, they need to call the Health Department and check to see if the chicken they are selling is actually cat, dog, or rats! Because it tasted nothing like chicken! Then the skin was falling off! It was soggy like it was microwaved or cooked a week ago! I asked for my money back and the lady and man that work there assaulted me and hit my phone out my hand where they broke my iPhone screen! All because I asked for my money back! The man got in face and woman yelling wats wrong with the food! That they cooked it! Pushing on me and shoving me! So I pulled my phone out and she hit my hand so hard it flew across the room! So now I’m sueing and pressing...
