I ordered my usual order on door dash and when it got here, it was missing half the items I ordered. I told the driver before he left and even showed him the receipt and he told me there was nothing he could do as lazy door dash drivers tend to do, and that I had to contact door dash.
Door dash told me there was nothing they could do other than refund me HALF of what the missing items cost, not including tax or fees. Very stingy if you ask me. So I decided to contact the Lil Caesars that the food came from to see if they could AT LEAST just send the food. I'm on a TIGHT budget, and I'm facing eviction. This food was supposed to be what I live off of for the next few days.
I was immediately redirected to a customer service rep in a different country.

and for those who like cheese pizza, they will rather make it fresh because plain cheese tends to not endure as long, so order ahead if you just want cheese pizza.
CONSIDER DIGITAL ORDERING. if you are like me and want to eat the pizza immediately, this will allow the pizza to set up as you travel to the pick up location.
other people need a hot pizza because they have to drive back to places like chapel hill where there is no Little Caesar's (Hint Hint)
they also have this internet ordering koisk. order off the app, and head to the location. I think i will use this feature next time so i can let my pizza set up...
Read moreMy daughter went in to order Parmesan wings… she waited 15-20 minutes and order wasn’t ready due to the order never being in the system. But she paid and received a receipt. So then they tell her and myself that she had to wait another 15-20 minutes. She’s upset and I was as well. The service was horrible and they didn’t have a manager on site to speak with. So I asked them to call the manager, because I asked them could she get some crazy puffs on them for the wait and the inconvenience. Because I felt like she should deserved something extra on them for the wait. The manager says I could get the crazy bread (which was fine) but once again I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. So the service on the managers part was horrible as well. My daughter and I will not be coming back!!! Also I will be letting people know how UNPROFESSIONAL YOU...
