It’s ran by teenagers who really have no idea what they’re doing and it doesn’t seem like there’s a shift manager working with them - or really working there at all because there’s clearly no planning for weekend business. Ran out of large cups while making our order but we were the last order to be informed. The drink apparently only comes in one size, so our options were pick an entirely different menu item and receive a small when we paid for large (because a partial refund was not offered) or a full refund. Considering running out of cups slashed their menu in half until they left the site to go get more, we opted for refund. Then they continued to take orders instead of processing the refund, so we had to ask them to stop so we could have a refund receipt. Two stars because we were still given the one large drink and it was okay, but it was insanely sweet and did include pieces of fruit I didn’t know were in the drink, but they did not include the crystal boba that we asked for. I’ve always been to the one near sprout market, today was the first time I ordered and picked up my drinks from Southpoint mall, and I had the worst experience ever, not from the drinks, but it’s the staff’s attitude. I came here on Wednesday (today) and around 11:08 I asked the girl if she got my order online, she gave me glance and said it said 11:15 to be ready. No greetings, no nothing. And it was not busy or anything, it was just me and her I said “yeah thank u I will be back”, I didn’t mean to rush or anything I was only checking. So she gave me my 3 drinks at 11:14, which is perfect, but she literally had the worst attitude by saying zero words and threw the bag on the counter letting me putting the drinks inside myself. Although the customer service experience was great, the actual drink has some issues.

The cashier kept a consistently positive attitude throughout my long order, and was very nice about it.

The actual drink was not great. I ordered a mango fruit tea that had quite a questionable Texture for a tea. The drink, although meant to be a fruit tea, was more of a watery slushy. I was hoping it would be more of an actual tea. Also, the straws are not thick enough for the boba in the bottom of the cup. It took a very long time to actually drink because the boba kept getting stuck in the straw. The drink was pretty bad, and was not really a tea.
