This store has the best clothes and the sales are great, especially if you are an Express insider. You get birthday cash for your birthday and half birthday!
All the employees there are so nice, especially Jess, one of the managers. She helped me put together a dress type look with a body contour one shoulder top along with a ruched skirt!! She is super friendly, stylish and knowledgeable about clothes and style. I am allergic to polyester so she took the time to help me find a black top without polyester to match my Future Collective skirt from Target.
Also, a huge thank you to Tiffany at this store! I asked her if she had been working here long and she said, âno.â She was able to help me with a rustic brown/fall color body contour top and baggy drawstring pants to go with it. She was patient with me when I had so many questions. I really appreciated her help. She said that this color top would work for the fall and I could wear it with a Jean jacket.
I came back another day with my boyfriend and told her I needed to try both things on again because the pant was long and I hadnât tried it with my shoes that day when I bought it. I tried it on with my shoes and it was too long. I asked her what else I could wear with it, but she wasnât sure how she could help because I couldnât buy jeans or anything with a zipper due to some weight gain. I then asked her if I could wear it with leggings and she said that would work.
If you ask me she has excellent fashion taste and customer service skills. She was so helpful and patient with me just like Jess, the manager. I hope she gets a raise because in my opinion she sure deserves it! I will def be back here.

   Read moreIt was weird, because every associate I passed told me to let them know if I needed help, but then when I ended up asking for help, they very clearly didn't want to provide it. The girl in the dressing room was very frustrated with me the first, second, and third time I requested to go it. It's just a bummer, because I've been putting of jean shopping for a couple of years now, convinced I'll go back down to a six. But I haven't. I'm finally embracing my new curves for what they are and are comfortable with my body and was really looking forward to getting a nice new pair of jeans and a couple of good tops as well. I have an express credit card because it was one of my favorite stores in the Greenville, NC mall. Anyway, I was really excited for this shopping experience with my new size 8 body, but nobody actually wanted to help me, even when they offered the help. They'd offer while walking by or while in the middle of something and then give me a vague answer without offering to lead me to specific places in the store. There are a few saving graces: the organization is great, everything in the store was staged nicely and it wasn't messy at all. There was also ONE woman working who was genuinely friendly and helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name. She's the only one who didn't act like I was a nuisance. I did end up getting a really great pair of jeans because I desperately need them and really don't like shopping in general, so I didn't want to have to go somewhere else. They are good quality material. but the customer service sucked so bad, I'll drive to Greenville to go shopping before going back to this...

I bought a pair of Selquim pants. wanted the Sequin Peak Lapel Boyfriend Tuxedo Blazer but didn't have it. On the website it was 198 for 129 with a 50% discount. I understood that the 50% discount would be over 129, because 50% of 198 didn't equal 129. Jorge kindly ordered it online for me and with fees, but the discount for buying the pants was 83.83. I was waiting 5 days to deliver mine which was a Large size and it never came. I sent an email and they said it was cancelled. My friend called customer service for me, and they said that the real value was 198 and with a 50% discount it was 129. But what she could do was more expensive than what I paid in the store, that is 83.83 for 90.12, this for a Medium size, as the Large did not have more. The attendant was adamant, in addition to the fact that she could not use the same debit card that was not accepted. So my card had a balance. Then I found out that the money that was in the Banco Latino savings account had to be transferred to the checking account. But couldn't the renowned and expensive Express store have called us, or emailed us what happened before canceling the order? Simply bad.
