I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I waited 45 minutes for my order, which is already frustrating, but it only got worse. The person at the register didn’t even recognize the drink name Iced Matcha Latte—a standard item on the menu. She called for helped to add that to my order. After than, I was given the wrong size—I ordered a venti but received a grande. When I pointed this out, the barista made a face like it was my fault, even though the issue stemmed from poor communication at the register. On top of that, I had asked for one pump of sugar-free syrup, but my drink was overloaded with four pumps, making it way too sweet.
I specifically asked for oat milk, and the sticker on my cup even said oat milk, but after a few sips, I realized the drink had whole milk, which I can’t have because I’m lactose intolerant. This mistake completely ruined my experience. My entire order was wrong, and on top of that, the staff seemed annoyed and unprofessional because of too much crowd.
If you don’t like working in a busy location, don’t take it out on customers. We’re paying for these drinks, not getting them for free, and our time is just as valuable. If you can’t do your job properly, at least don’t show your frustration toward customers. This was by far the worst Starbucks...
Read morePlease be careful here, my coworker got a drink from here yesterday morning with a roach floating in it. She brought it back to the store only for the barista to show little concern and only offered a $5 gift card in exchange. It’s absolutely disgusting that they not only became aware of the roach and didn’t do much about it afterwards. If a business is that calm about a possible roach infestation, cause anyone that knows roaches would know if there’s 1, there’s more, then I highly recommend anyone who does go there, please find another location for the health and safety of everyone. I literally had to speak up and ask if anyone was working the register because everyone was avoiding a growing line of people waiting to order. Today irritated me more due to realizing upon leaving the mall I didn’t receive my points. I should’ve known then the young lady asked for a name. I scanned my app so I’m unsure why she didn’t say it didn’t take or whatever the case was. I will be reaching back out for my points from that location. Luckily I used my card to validate my order.
