NYC Halal Eats — Restaurant in Durham

So this is order 211 on 10/04/25 don’t get me wrong is understand being super busy but I ordered at 6:04pm didn’t receive my food until 6:55pm yes I ordered shrimp and chicken tenders and Philly cheese steak the issue I have is that my cheese steak was made first and since yall holding on fried food when I got my food it was cold then my fries were forgotten so I was giving then fries from the platter station that was not crispy or fresh. If communication was better I wouldn’t have had an issue but there was no type of communication at all. I drove 2 hours from home to try this food and mines was cold but the other food was fresh and hot haven’t even eaten the food yet to review the taste this simply service and time and freshness. Soo this was our first time here and honestly it’s a nice spot being from NY but I got the Philly cheesesteak and barbecue wings. The wings was amazing the Philly cheesesteak flavors was good but by the bread being soo hard , tough, and thick made it hard to eat and enjoy the sandwich and don’t get me wrong I love that it was a lot of meat but how the bread was made I couldn’t get to my lettuce at the bottom of the sandwich ,and couldn’t taste the mayo either and the strawberry lemonade was great as well . I stood in line for 15 mins and when I get my food, they didn't even put white sauce on the side or on my platter. No sauce for the shrimp. Literally ruined the entire experience. EVERY ORDER SHOULD BE CORRECT. There was barely anyone there and there wasn't a rush. Thay is unacceptable. Arguably, the best part is the white sauce. Highly disappointed.
