One night I placed in a delivery and waited an hour in a half for the order to come. They never came. With that I called to see what was going on. They mentioned they tried calling me because they did not have my address after of course giving my address over the phone prior to. Not to mention the phone number they tried calling was not the one I provided. At some point two hours later the delivery finally arrived and everything was cold. Given that being the case I handed everything back and called another place which took less than 30 minutes for the food to arrive compared to two hours. In a whole the customer service was terrible and will never consider purchasing anything from this place again. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone which I used to do. The problem I had is they did not accommodate by apologizing and maybe redoing the order and maybe give it for free which I would have graciously tipped the delivery person regardless. But no. I just moved to Durham and I was looking for my go to pizza place. This place is not it. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, one of my favorites, and the chicken on it looked like it was a day old and it was hard and dry. I ordered cheese fries with bacon for $6, a hefty price, so I expected some good cheese fries with bacon. Instead, the cheese fries with bacon comes with about 10 small fries loads of cheese and bacon bits. Hardly a $6 amount. I ordered some waffle fries to share with my boyfriend, and those were $3. They were probably the best item we got. They tasted like they had been cooked an hour before we received them. They were hardly warm and very hard like they had been sitting out.
