Let me start this out by saying I work 2nd shift so sometimes I don't get off work until 1130 or later....i got to burger king at 1130 pm tonight.....if a restaurant says they are open until 12 o'clock that should mean they serve food until 12 o'clock.....but of course not Dyersburg if you get there anytime after 11pm you can only get a whopper or whopper Jr nothing else at all. The fast food restaurants in this town have went to crap and it really sucks because there are only a few places open late night as it is . But getting off work hungry in dyersburg your sure to still be hungry when you get home because they will not serve you anything that you want. Guess sonic will be the only place to get my business late nights from now on because it doesn't matter if you pull up at 5 til with them they will make you any and every thing you ask for.... do better burger...
Read moreThis place has gone downhill. Workers are goofing around, talking to each other, checking their cellphones while people stand waiting to order. I have seen people walk out of there because they stood in line so long and nobody waited on them. Every time the last two months we've gone there the tables are not wiped off. There are hardly any more customers coming there anymore that we have noticed a big change in their service. The ketchup pump container most of the time is empty or not working. The ice dispensers most of the time are not working either and you have to push and tug on it to try and get ice cubes out they hardly ever wipe the counter over by the soda dispenser and ketchup with dirty napkins laying around and straw slips. Read moreWorst BK experience of my life, it was worse than the one in my hometown, it was a feat to do so, in regards to being worse. First thing the dining area, was in disarray walking in. Tables weren't cleaned at all. We had to clean one ourselves to even sit down. Secondly the staff were not friendly at all. Thirdly, I feel the staff needs retraining in customer relations and maybe even retraining in work ethic. Lastly, management needs some work on accountability and inventory management. They were completely out of more than one item. The fountain in the dining area, was completely out and drinks had to be filled from the back, with minimal choices to choose from.
