Won’t be back. Had several bad experiences. This last one , will be THe last one. Biscuits and gravy and sausage roll. The sausage roll was so hard that it could be used for a dog toy. The biscuits and gravy.. the gravy was literally water. I was so angry .i was told that the sausage roll had been microwaved ( which I had assumed) I stood there for over 30 minutes, hoping to get it rectified. Finally I had to start asking them , what was happening. They went in the kitchen for a bit and finally replaced it . I have given them a lot of business. Especially since my mother had been sick, and they have chili , and stew as options. I doubt they will miss us patronizing the establishment. Great business, always very busy and popular. So far I’ve been twice and the coffees are very yummy. The Samoa is definitely my favorite thus far. I’ve been asking for light syrup because they are pretty sweet and that seems to be the perfect amount when you ask for light syrup. Starbucks is very expensive and hit or miss but so far this place has been great every time. I plan on continuing business here and trying a new drink next time I pop in. Such a friendly environment and despite their popularity they manage to get the drinks out very quickly which is great. My only quirk is their app in the App Store doesn’t work which I would appreciate if they updated it so I could order ahead and keep track...
