We order from this Domino's in Dyersburg every 2-3 months. It's our favorite local pizza chain restaurant. We love hometown Alvino's Pizza more, but Domino's is 2nd, no doubt. Something about when they relocated the store a few years ago, their food and service have been near perfection ever since. Fast, friendly, accurate, and almost everything we have ordered has been carefully made to PERFECTION. You all rock. Keep it up.
Also, just icing on the cake is this: a few years ago they delivered my coworker and me a pizza to work on night shift for free just because we ordered so often in our department. The manager sent a new type of pizza to us to try after calling to see if we were working that night. One MORE thing: Thomas makes everything to complete perfection. Every single time.
We usually order carry out to save some $, but if they deliver, it is always fast. We live 3 miles from the store and it gets here in 20-25 minutes.
Not enough space here to brag on this Domino's enough. The only recommendation I could make is I wish they still had the old chicken kickers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever have experienced such bad customer service. I called to order pizza on phone. No answer. Finally went on my mobile app to order. I paid online. My friend went and picked it up. They charged her for the pizza. My friend didn't realize I had paid. I tried calling for 30 minutes...no answer. Had to get in my car and drive to Dominoes. I told the girl what happened. She said we had to deal with Heather. Heather never made an attempt to help. Finally we had to ask her but she said she would wait on us after she was done. But she started doing other things. 4 employees were there. The phone was ringing off the phone. No one attempted to answer. All four employees were very rude. I said I would take my business elsewhere and one employee said she didn't care. Refused to give the owners name. Never experienced this much rudeness before. Won't be back. There are too many other restaurants in Dyersburg with great customer service to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered 2 pizzas, driver called and said he was lost. Gave him directions he still turned wrong ( I watched him) Called him back at the number he called me from he said hang on and hung up on me. Called the store "Billy" the manager wasted my time by just making excuses as to why I did not have my food. From the order time till I finally got tired of him refusing to give me a managers name or number I had wasted 2 hours of my life. His driver was new. He was not from Tennessee, he was "bringing someone in" what ever that meant. He was a delivery diver himself, but could not leave the store. Domino's Dyersburg is a huge joke. Then try to call customer support, nothing automated and ask if I want a text back. If I could leave a zero I would.
Worst place ever.
Does anyone know the real manager or district...
