Wendy's — Restaurant in Dyersburg

Went to grab a quick bite with my wife as we both had long days at work. Unfortunately we had to get the cashier's attention as she was too busy talking to another employee about nonwork related things and watching her friend in the dining room. During the order we needed to repeat items 3 to 4 times as the cashier was not paying attention with some items needing to be fixed as she tried over charging us rather than do the combos. When the order was called a 4 piece nugget, sauce, and small frosty were all forgotten. The chicken wrap was in a stale tortilla and the fries were not fresh. Everything else was okay though. Not impressed and will only come back to Wendy's at other locations. Very dissatisfied and only ate because we were hungry and tired of going up to the register to fix things and didn't want anyone to spit...

Lunchtime of 3-12-2018, got in left line (both were open), the cashier took the order of the person in front of me and the manager told her to get trays, leaving me standing, I waited, the other cashier was steadily taking orders, I waited a while longer to see if I would be noticed, when the manager looked up at me I asked if this lane was still open, she told me that she didn't take orders, I tried to explain that I had been here before she reassigned the cashier, I was cut off before I could finish with her saying that they had so many orders that they were dropping off of the screen, I told them that I didn't want to add to the problem so I left. Time spent in line 22 minutes...

The service here isn't the best and the food is just ok. I stopped going because multiple times I would go and they would say, "Oh, the system is down, can't take orders." But this happens all the time, to the point I think they say it just because they don't want to take orders. They say this at all times of the day too. I drew the line the last time I went when they made me wait for a while, then finally asked for me to give my order and I started to explain the order and they stopped me in mid sentence and said they system is down, no orders for now. Why even ask for me to wait and give my order when you knew the system had been "down?" I won't be back to this location, it's a...
