McDonald's — Restaurant in Dyersville

No toilet paper in restroom and no paper towels. 3:00pm after hitting the wall and dispenser for about 15min, a customer finally herd me and told a worker. He threw a role of toilet paper into my stall, and said here you go. After all of that, I didn't eat there of course. My phone was in my vehicle, so I couldn't call them. The crew didn't even seem to care! I love your food and have bought it for years. But I have had a lot of bad experiences in the last few months. I usually don't complain, but after this experience, and others in the last few months, I'm just not loving it anymore. I hope that you all really care about your customers to the point of actually fixing this one problem in this one restaurant. Being disabled even made it worse. We had a wonderful experience tonight. A very nice lady, I believe her name was Michelle, went above and beyond for us. Becides handling two large orders she also had time to help us with a special request. My son saw one of the Lightyear toys had a kitty in it. He was really hoping to get that toy but when he opened his happy meal found he didn't get it. After having a hard day at daycare and then a tee ball game he was stressed and distraught and on the verge of a meltdown. This kind lady went out of her way to see if they had the specific toy and brought out one for him, and one for his sister too! Stopped with the grandkids at noon time before vacation. The front area only has 2 registers, and one took cash only. Space is super limited so everyone is crushed in there. They had a trainee so it took forever to check out. When I asked for a sandwich wrapped in lettuce not a bun they stared at me like I was from another planet. Hardee’s wraps all their sandwiches in lettuce as an alternative! McDonald’s needs to accommodate people who are trying to watch their carbs!
