AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! Save yourself the time and energy by going to another location!!! You have been warned! I've been to this location a few times (at least 10 times to give them a chance to get better at different times of the day even) this last visit was the final time and I truly wish to speak to corporate! This place needs to clean house by firing everyone and starting new or by closing all together! My final experience: I went at night and the lobby was closed early. I used the drive thru and after giving my first meal order I was given a total. I asked if I could order more and after giving a big sigh I was asked what else do I want!! I gave the second meal order and as I went to place the 3rd and final meal the person over the speaker replied with Oh My God!! Once at the window a transgender person by the name of Irma told me "next time hurry up!" I was shocked! I replied with I spoke my order slowly and clearly so that maybe it won't be wrong this time. They replied with "like I said it's only 3 of us in here so next time talk faster and if u get such horrible service here why do u keep coming back!" They proceeded to snatch my money and close the window! I said hey to get their attention and said I'll take my money back and I do not have to order the food and be treated this way! " They then told me to just leave their line then! (Mind you I'm the only one in line at this time) I could not understand how this was allowed so I tried to get someone else's attention who I have seen their face before on previous visits. He proceeded to the window and was going to open it to speak to me and Irma snatched his arm back and did not allow for anyone else to speak to me. Due to me still being in line and another car pulling around Irma came back to the window and at this point it had escalated to yelling with telling me to leave. I stated I just want to speak to you to find out why your talking to customers like this and they continued to yell over me and waveing me off to just leave cuz I'm holding up the line. Irma then pulled out a phone to record, she opened the window and stepped back and in an antagonizing voice said "wat u wanna do?" Come on come on!" I guess to see if I wanted to fight. Who does that with a customer who only wanted to feed there family after having left an urgent care and only wanted to go home! I then left with no food. Read moreI ordered two chicken sandwiches and the first one was dry so my neice didn't want hers. I didn't have time to take it back so she called the store. She said someone told her to bring it back and they would replace it.
Later that day, I took it back and Jorge said I couldn't have spoken to anyone because they don't have phone service at the store. I explained I wasn’t sure who I spoke to but I still had the sandwich and bag from my previous purchase and I just wanted a fresh sandwich. At the time I didnt know there were two locations in Eagan and my niece probably called the wrong location.
Jorge accused me of lying about calling and despite having the sandwich, he refused to help me. I asked for a manager, he then said he was the manager and stop speaking to me through the drive thru
I pulled up to the drive thru window and asked for a phone number to speak to a manager that was over him, only to learn he wasn't the manager, the manager was present, but unaware of the incident.I explained to her the issue and she took the sandwich back and gave me a fresh one. While I was speaking to the manager, Jorge and another employee continue to try to argue with me about the issue.
This was the worst service ever. I still had the sandwich and the fact gas is a arm and leg, there shouldn't have been arguments to replace the sandwich especially because they don't have phone service. Nor should an employee be allowed to argue with a customer in front of a manager or lie about their position within the company to avoid a complaint.

Pulled up drive through where the staff member told me they'd be with me in one sec, the idiot didn't realize he didn't mute his mic and could hear everything him and the manager on duty were saying to the car in front of me, assuming a car of women who they were super interested in, never heard anyone say "you want some extra ketchup sweetie" in a mannor pertaining to I want to be with you, before but that was ridiculous. I drove off never placed an order. Going forward will drive another 5min to a Wendy's that's never let me down before. There truly is a time where you can cross the customer service line and it was definitely drawn tonight, and knowing the manager on duty was apart of it is absolutely rediculous.
Horrible experience came thru drive thru at about 730pm 2/11/24, ordering close to $30 in food, would have expected it to be fresh, otherwise I would have gone to another local establishment. The #10 combo the bun was extremely stale, and the burger patty tasted like it was cooked early morning. Fries and nuggets weren't fresh by any means, and for as long as I waited in the drive thru thought I was getting freshly cooked product. The only thing that was edible was the small chili. Being in the industry to know that standards are not being followed, I certainly hope that Wendys Corporate will take this post seriously and conduct a training refresh of its associates, so they can live up to consistency amongst the Wendys franchise.
