This coffee shop literally has the most consistency when it comes to their coffee. They blow giant corp places like Starbucks out of the water. Not to mention they have a large selection of combination drinks and after trying almost all of them I can say without a doubt they're all delicious and definitely worth a try! My fiancé gets the snow on the mountain and I've been trying different flavors and her snow on the mountain tastes the exact same every single time. And if that wasn't enough to get you to come here, they are literally cheaper than Starbucks as well! By far my favorite place to get a cup of coffee.
Small business, great coffee, great prices, fast, consistent, and the staff are really friendly and you can tell they care about their product and their customers.
I'm adding this in at the end because I just was reading some other reviews and I'm SHOCKED how many people are making a big deal about the tipping. They are sweet girls who work here and I guarantee with the prices of the coffee their wages are reliant on tipping. It's hard enough to match the prices of corporate businesses because they buy so much things in bulk that they can afford to price their stuff lower than the average small business so the fact that can compete means that their wages must rely on tipping. And I never got this feeling like they're just standing there being like "what's your tip today man" it seems more like their computer asks what the tip is so they ask you if you're going to tip so they can say yes or no and put in the amount and that is all. But I will not only keep tipping them what's fair just because their wages probably depend on it but because they have to deal with customers that act they way some of you do as well. More than happy to give a couple bucks so they can stay in business so you can get your "fix" for pumpkin spice lattes year round, for great prices, with great flavor, and great...
Read moreIf you’re looking for the soul of Saratoga Springs in a cup, you’ll find it at Coffee Creations—yes, even now that it’s a trailer. This place has no business being this good, but somehow it is. From the moment you walk up, you’re greeted with the kind of authentic friendliness you didn’t know you were missing. The staff aren’t just employees—they’re coffee artists and morning miracle workers.
Their energy is contagious, their memory for regulars is impressive, and they somehow always get your drink just right. You’ll catch yourself smiling before you even take a sip.
And the coffee? Forget everything you thought you knew. This is next-level. Their espresso drinks are smooth, bold, and perfectly balanced—never bitter, never burned. Try their iced blondie, protein coffee, or whatever seasonal creation they’ve dreamed up that week—you will be back for more.
The trailer setup? It only adds to the charm. It’s efficient, quick, and somehow still cozy. There's a line more often than not, and for good reason—it’s that good.
Coffee Creations isn’t just a place to grab caffeine. It’s a pick-me-up in every way that matters: flavor, service, and experience. This is what every coffee stop wants to be.
Support local. Tip big. And don’t be surprised if it becomes the best part of your day. And if you happen to see Leon, tell him...
Read moreLove this place mainly because it’s the only coffee shop that I know of that sells hot/iced/frozen psl (pumpkin spice latte) year round. It’s seriously so great to have a craving in March and not having to wait til November to get a fix. Their service is pretty nice although I’ll definitely say the girls can be a little provocative (flirty) with their behavior. It’s not really professional but it gives my bf and I a laugh. The drink itself is always delicious- it’s a perfect blend of spices and sweetness and genuinely makes me think of Autumn. It’s always been consistent too which is a plus.
Minus one star because I cannot agree more with others about the aggressive tipping culture that has become a thing now. I really don’t appreciate being put on the spot and quite frankly it annoys me to the point where I don’t go unless I really want to treat myself. Dutch Bros does the same thing and I tell them no every time. The job is to make coffee- it literally doesn’t warrant a tip. CC needs to stop doing this along with DB and any other place that guilts customers into tipping because it ultimately means losing business. Just put out a tip box and call it a day but don’t flat out ask for tips.. it’s tacky and...
