Ramen&Boba Hero — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

*2nd Visit 6/24/2025 update! I drove back through provo and RAMEN HERO should be "6 stars" instead of 5(See updated pics) I was visiting Provo UT area and Eagle Mountain, UT for the weekend to attend a wedding a few weeks ago, and at 1130 AM on a Saturday, I was starving for some "healthy yet filling" legit Japanese ramen. As a foodie who's had ramen at chef-owned spots in Las Vegas, Austin, Phoenix, and more, I can honestly say "Ramen Hero" in Eagle Mountain is the best I've ever had!

Despite being busy, the staff seated me as party of 1 and also took my order promptly, refilled my drinks often, and even a server not assigned to me checked in to see how I was doing—5-star service to match 5-star ramen! Come one , come all, and With both large family-style seating and smaller tables, this spot is perfect for smaller dining group like mine OR large families or groups of 6 to 8 also who want to seat at one table easily.

Do yourself a favor and eat here before the secret's out and you can't get a table. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in...

If Boba Hero is part of this, these are my ratings if not worse. If it isn't, I will change this to fit Ramen Hero better. I was sitting in Boba Hero for over an HOUR waiting for them to get me my order. I went here with my family and they gave all of my family members their orders pretty quickly. But they kept working on mine for so long, and then gave it out to someone else who came after me who just so happened to have the same order. It happened like that for an HOUR. My dad finally spoke up and they totally forgot my order. They even asked to see the receipt to prove we weren't lying even though everyone in the store saw I was sitting there impatiently for an HOUR. Today was already a bad day, and this was supposed to cheer me up. It really cheers me up to know I was forgotten so easily and they didn't even apologize or anything. Ramen Hero was okay overall. I have been to this restaurant more than a few times and have had a great experience. I went there today and can not believe what happened. After watching a female server sit and eat her lunch, she walked to the register and proceeded to blow and wipe her nose. She then proceeded to go to the counter and grab serving utensils without washing her hands or even using the large bottle of hand sanitizer. I asked the male server to come over and I explained what I saw. He spoke to her and she glared daggers in my direction on the way to wash her hands. When she came back out to the dining area she threw a few more eye daggers in my direction and yelled “what is your problem”. She continued yelling that I’m a Karen and she wasn’t going to serve me so I shouldn’t have a problem. She admitted she did not have a food handlers card and kept yelling.
