Quench It! Soda — Restaurant in Eagle Mountain

This was our first time here. The drive thru is always backed up every time I've driven by the place, so I knew going inside would be better for our first visit. The inside was very plain and didn't have a very good atmosphere. I ordered 3 kids drinks and all of them were good but they were all missing the shaped toppers which my kids were really looking forward to so that was disappointing. We also tried ordering a few cookies/treats and they said they didn't have any. They said the menu is always changing, but what they currently showed on the menu that day they apparently didn't have in the store. So another disappointment. The employee that was ringing us up didn't know what she was doing or how to ring up their own quench-it gift card we had. She also seemed to be very bored and had this "don't care" attitude going on. She had to wait for another employee to show her, and it looked like he was in the middle of training another employee. After 10 minutes of waiting for him, he also had an issue figuring out how to run the gift card. I've been in their shoes before so I know how it can be being new to the job and I was very patient, but I was a bit irritated with the missing toppers, the menu being different from what they actually had in the store, and the long time it took just to pay. Ventured over here for the very first time - quite a trek getting here! Went thru the drive through and asked if they had a specific concoction of: sprite, cheesecake, cream, and strawberries. They did not have one on the menu, but they did make a custom drink made of: sprite, cheesecake, strawberries, and cream. It wasn’t bad! I was trying to re-create what I had at another similar place, that was pretty fantastic. So I went thru the driVe thru, but when I got my drink, looked at it, it didn’t look like it had any cream at all. So I flipped the car and tried to get back into the dRive thru - the line got hecka long. So I parked the car, and went in to get this sorted out. Met Zach, and told him what I ordered. He looked at it and confirmed that the drive thru did NOT put cream in my drink! He was happy to fix it, and notified the staff that my order was not to standards. FANTASTIC drink place!!!! It was about time someone opened a soda place in Eagle Mountain, heck they have them ALL OVER the valley!! It's great that this place is close by but even if they weren't I would totally go there anyway!!! Their drinks are better then sodalicious BY FAR and they are reasonably priced in comparison. Not to mention they actually use cream when they say they do, not nasty half & half like other places! Their Dr Cream Berry is by far my favorite drink but they have many others I really enjoy too, their menu is huge! They also have a great loyalty program/card where you acrually earn free drinks fairly quickly. The staff there is always friendly and the drive thru moves quickly. The ONLY negative I have found is their cookies, definitely not the best. They are over priced, not as good, and smaller then other specialty drink places. But hey, I go there for my soda not cookies... Most of the time...
