I normally love taco bell but the service and food at this new location left a LOT to be desired. Having been open a bit over a month by the time of my visit, this location had been almost consistently busy to the point I continued to skip visiting. On this day, the location wasn't so busy so I stopped in with my fiancé. We placed our dine in order using the kiosk got our drink cups, and sat down to wait for our food... there were three other customers eating already and a few that came in after us. And we waited... Those after us seemed to get their orders quite quickly. And we waited... Finally, just as I was getting ready to ask about our order, I saw a worker had placed an order in the "to go" pick up area. So I looked out of curiosity and it had my name on it. Since it had just been placed there, I thought maybe it was a simple mistake and just went ahead and grabbed it. The taco and chalupa in my fiance's box were broken and all the food was cold or barely warm at best. As if the food had been ready for quite some time and simply sat to the side and forgotten about before being packaged and placed in the to go area. Read more14 year old boy pointed at the board and said, “Can I get that 10 piece chicken thing and the fries?” The picture and sign read “10 piece crispy chicken nugget combo” to include “2 sauce, large drink, regular fries for $8.99”. We were charged for each individual item to include a large fry and medium drink costing $4.07 more. The girl we initially spoke with said, “did you specifically say the word combo? Because if you didn’t, ‘he’ would charge you individually”. “He” being the general manger we were told. He gave us a hard time getting refunded because as the general manager kept saying, “he didn’t specify combo”. Come, on guy? Do you get a bonus based on sales? It's pathetic and unprofessional to be mad and complain about a customers order and it's not even big. It don't matter that you have 2 people. Your job is to serve food and handle food safety. I can't express how wrong it is to complain to a customer. It give a horrible image for the company and I'm sure your area coach Brad will not be in support of this.
