Stella's Ice Cream - Eagle — Restaurant in Eagle

Order an ice cream can on Sunday. Accidentally ordered 2 cakes. I called them right away and she said she was able to cancel just 1 cake and the other cake would be ready on Tuesday evening. I received the text confirming 1 cake was canceled. I went on my daughter's birthday to pick up her birthday cake and they said they cancelled both cakes. I never recieved a call or message that both cakes were cancelled. I would have just reorder 1 cake. Now my daughter will not have her birthday cake for her party in 1 hour. Wish I could give 0 stars.

In response to the owners message. I have the text that says 1 cake was cancelled. The person I spoke with said that she was able to cancel just 1 cake and the other cake would be ready to pick up on Tuesday. tonight we went in at about 10:15 to get two milkshakes and a scoop of ice cream. i have had great experiences with stella’s in the past and have loved the company. however, today we stepped in and the three women working were chatting and did not greet us. we waited for a few minutes and they talked with each other until we went up and asked them for help. only one left the conversation and began to help us, then after we placed our order she very quickly got distracted by her two coworkers and stopped making our order and joined the conversation. it took almost fifteen minutes for us to get our order, and by the time we were ready to check out the three workers were so engrossed in each other that they didn’t even ask me to pay. I had to ask them to help me check out. then as we were leaving a group of boys their age walked in and the workers immediately began to treat them with much more professionalism and kindness than they did us. i feel frustrated and sad that this was our experience tonight and feel like this needs to be addressed for...

We went to Stella's last night after a movie. The staff's median age could not have exceeded 16 years old. The kids working were having a great time with each other but unfortunately, their fun was not easily interrupted for their customers. None of the ice cream in the cold case display had any labels so you had to ask what each tub's ice cream flavor was. Trying to get the worker's attention was a waste of time. We finally managed to place our orders. My order was not correct but we didn't discover the mistake until we had left. My ice cream was served in a cup with a hole in it so my car seats and pants now have chocolate stains. The plastic spoons handed to us were covered in chocolate. My wife asked for two flavors in a cup but they refused to accomodate her request. Overall, this experience is a repeat of prior visits to this location. There are numerous other places in and near Eagle to get ice cream on a hot summer night. Three negative experiences at Stella's, in Eagle, is the end for us. Hopefully, your experience...
