I’ve been trying to get a hold of the owner direct or even a manager and have had no success with phone calls so I’m leaving this here. Not leaving this review to try to affect the business and have patrons no longer go there. I’m leaving this for the owner to know what is going on there. After a long shift at a hospital on Thursday night October 24, I stopped by to grab dinner . There were two cars in front of me waiting to order food. It took me 30 minutes to get to the menu to order. I pulled up to the speaker at 10:56 pm after a handful of times saying hello they finally responded at 11:07 PM. I pulled up to the window and not one time did the girl even acknowledged me. She was on her phone, talking and then she put it on speakerphone and was texting while she was on a phone conversation. I could see one other tall gentleman employee in the background wandering around appearing to do nothing. During this time, the business phone was continually ringing with nobody answering it. When I got up to the windows four cars behind me had already left. I received my food which was fresh and tasty. Back of the house was on point. I paid my bill and never received a receipt. I had to request it and then she gave it to me and I asked her if it was their policy, not to speak to people at the speaker until they spoke to them, and she gave me an excuse that the headset wasn’t working so they didn’t get a ding and had no idea when people were there. Once I confirmed the name that was listed on the receipt for her, she finally started being polite. Tasia was the employees name. When I pulled away and there were seven cars from the speaker and behind not being helped. I managed a restaurant for years and strongly suspect that your employees are blatantly ignoring customers so that they get paid to not work. I feel that you lost a lot of money that night and I hope that you read this so that you can ensure that your business runs better. Read moreThere are major problems at this particular location from the top down is usually how it works. I simply pulled up to place a small order after a movie and noticed that the screen was broke, no big deal right. I patiently waited I would say about 6-7 minutes before nicely asking if anyone was there. The young lady replied back yes but can you see the line in front of you? 🤨 I thought to myself the line in front of me is not any bigger than it would be….i guess ever be when you’re parked at the menu to order, right 😆 🤷♂️ I simply replied, well usually someone will greet me way before that and I was just making sure the microphone was working because the screen had a bunch of random letters and numbers on it like it had a software problem. The lady replied, obviously were here. 😳 I then replied that you probably shouldn’t talk to customers that way. her response: I hope you can’t find another place to go get food at tonight. 😳 I replied the truth, and the truth is I have grown, owned, and operated over a $90 million a year businesses that we started from $0 and there’s obviously a reason you’re acting the way you’re acting but you shouldn’t be doing it here, its no excuse to treat people that way. I was simply making sure the machine was working because of all of the coding that was on the screen instead of a working screen. I’m not worried about sharing the girls name because I can assure you she’s not gonna be working there long or anywhere for that matter until she fixes whats going on in her life and changes her attitude. If this is the type of people you hire and let work here I’m nervous about my food safety and I don’t appreciate being disrespected either so sounds like your employee issue is more of a upper management issue and hopefully not an owner issue. If there is an owner that reads this that cares about buisness and it’s customers as much as I do it sounds like you need to do a little house cleaning and find some decent people. Read moreI don’t take to critiquing a location after 1 negative experience. I finally decided something needed to be said after multiple issues of the same type. This location like most fast food chains in the area are having their hours affected by a lack of staffing. So this store now closes at 10 PM instead of their usual 24 hours. I work down the street from this location and it’s directly on my route home after work. Multiple times I have arrived within 5-10 minutes of closing. Every time I am met at the drive thru menu board with silence. I’ll call the store from the drive through and get no response. I will pull up to the window and usually find the location empty. Last night I pulled up to the window and trying to order at 9:51 PM, other vehicles behind me… I was again met with silence. When I pulled to the window, they had full staff purely refusing to serve customers during operating hours. The woman in the photo literally gave me a thumbs up when I pointed out the time was prior to 10 PM, still, not so much as to open the window and give explanation. I feel bad for the owners of location with staff like this, they are already having to reduce their hours which affects their revenue. Then to have staff who literally turns away orders, three just in this experience… throwing away possible profit. It’s sad and for the owner… I am sorry, I hope you can find better staff because this crew is burning your money as if it comes...
