Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Easley

I remember back in the day when Pizza Hut was the number one pizza place to go, but that was back in the day. Like so many other restaurants or other Pizza houses, they give you less and charge you more. But I'm making this post about this Chicago style pizza. First let me say it was like eating a cardboard box with seasoning, in the seasoning wasn't even that good. Little Caesars has gone up on their Pizza. They no longer have the $5 Pizza, it's now $8. But at least their thin crust pizza has flavor. Way better than Pizza Hut any day, and believe me I'm no big fan of Little Caesars Pizza. So if you're looking for a good pizza I wouldn't suggest going to Pizza Hut and trying the Chicago style thin crust. If you do don't say I didn't warn you... I really can't say much good about Pizza Hut anymore. Again like so many restaurants, they'll hire anybody, and most of those people have little or no respect for the customers. Even Domino's of all places is better than this. And by the way, don't expect a human response. If you look back at the response to the reviews, they're all the same. That shows you their lack of concern for the customers. Pizza Hut...

I ordered a family big box with two pizzas, wings and cheesy bread. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and one pepperoni and green peppers pizza. My ordered was actually delivered via a door dasher, who couldn’t find my address. (Since the store doesn’t control the dasher, I’ll simply say my food was lukewarm at best upon arrival).

When I finally got my food inside, I found that the pepperoni pizza was lacking any amount of pizza sauce, which made for a very dry pizza. In addition, the pizza had a peculiar flavor, as though someone had made my pizza after handling sweet peppers. That render my first pizza inedible. My second pizza was better, but apparently was only sauced in the middle, so only about a third of that pizza was edible.

I work hard for my money, so I don’t appreciate receiving a meal that seems to have been prepared with little or no concern for quality or the value of the money spent. Pizza Hut has lost...

I truly hate that I am leaving a review like this but I am willing to change my review if I have a better experience next time. Order was $65.00. Didn't mind the price if the quality of the pizza was better. 5 pizzas with pepperoni and extra cheese and 4 orders of bread sticks and every pizza was overcooked, barely any cheese, almost zero sauce and very dry flavorless crust. The bread sticks were overcooked and dry, flavorless and stale. All 5 pizzas and 4 orders of bread sticks were this way. At least they were consistent. Pizza hut used to be SO DAMN GOOD and now it's just not good at all. Why does it suck so bad now!! Does anyone remember how good the deep dish pizzas and the bread sticks used to be. WHAT HAPPENED!! Why can't pizza hut be as good as it used to be? Zero stars for Food, Service...
