
WOULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I used to love this place, but now I will only be going to Starbucks. I worked for years in the food industry and if I acted this way I would have lost my job a long time ago. A bunch of my friends have cut this place off. Every time I have gone with my sister there is only one car in front of us that gets one drink, but yet we sit at the speaker for at least 10-15 minutes while we are ignored. We have nicely had to say hello several times and they don't answer until the one car in front drives off. Once they answer they are unapologetic, rude, and still slow. Then, they only start making your drink until you get to the window which makes you have another 10 minute wait. Remind you, we are still being nice about the situation. THIS HAS BEEN EVERY TIME. While you're ordering they are still silent with no "okay, what else for you" or nothing, but act like we are an inconvenience. And then when you say that's it they get an attitude. I don't know what their problem is, but every time this has happened, they have not been busy, we have been polite, and the order is one simple thing. There is no excuse. I never write bad reviews, but this is the worst service I've ever seen. I've tried calling the manager, but she didn't seem to care either and made excuses, just like the employees. I've seen the replies to other bad reviews and it's all the same excuses. It was not busy, we were not rude, and they are not training everybody. It amazes me my sister waited 30 minutes for a bagel, was still polite throughout this, was late for work, and got no apology, and was just told plainly "you still owe 40 cents" after her gift card was applied. They repeated the order at the window and it was completely wrong even though we ordered one simple thing and we waited 10 more minutes for them to make it. They were not busy inside and we were the only car in the drive thru. I wouldn't mind if the girls acted like they cared or were sorry, but you hear them goofing off through the drive thru after your 30 minute wait for a bagel, and get an attitude. Especially since this place is more expensive than Starbucks. I get it's not a speedy drive thru like fast food, but I don't think the wait should be 30 minutes for one thing, you shouldn't be ignored for half that time, and you shouldn't get an attitude. The service should not be this bad for a $6 coffee. Maybe I would understand waiting this long, and paying this much if they actually had employees who aren't rude, slow, immature, and inconsiderate. Read moreI was disappointed... After viewing the menu and reviews I had high hopes for this place. I ended up ordering the Chicken Salad with fresh fruit and a bottle of smart water. I had to wait a quite a long time becuase they had to make a fruit cup which I wouldn't have minded accept all of the blueberries had a moldy taste to them, which kinda ruined the whole cup. The sandwich was huge and seemed to be made of very good quality ingredients and while It was not anywhere as good as panera bread's chicken salad it wasn't bad tasting at all. What was upsetting to me however, is that I have food allergies and specifically asked what was in the chicken salad. And I was told it was just like normal chicken salad nothing out of the ordinary. About half way through my sandwich I felt like I had hot coals all over my mouth and then realized there were finley chopped peppers(at least 2 different kinds) which just happens to be what I am MOST allergic to😖. So now on top of not getting to finish my meal I have blisters/sores all over my mouth and throat, and my lips and tounge are swollen and hurt like crazy. I probably wont be able to chew anything that isn't super soft for at least week. I feel that with the allergy epidemic going on in our country managers/owners in the food service industry should make sure they and their employees are well trained on this issue becuase if the bread or sandwich had contained nuts and a person had a severe nut allergy and been misinformed they could have died from anaphylaxis... When people ask for ingredient information stating they have allergies, all employees should take it very seriously and provide ALL of the ingredients just to be safe. I am giving 3 stars instead of 2 becuase the staff was friendly and I am just hoping I went on an off day or something and want to give this place another try in the near future (once I can chew comfortably again that is) becuase it seems like over all the quality of food here...
Read moreBEWARE!!!!!!! This location RE-USES customers cups! I visited earlier this month mid day, and witnessed a customer take a sip from her drink, bring it back (because it was incorrect) and one of the employees tossed the cup in the trash. The manager then threatened to take the money out of her paycheck if she did not proceed to remove the cup from the GARBAGE wash it out and reuse it! MAJOR DEHEC VIOLATION. Im beyond DISGUSTED. And no I don’t want a response asking to make it right. Treat your team and the public with respect instead. I will NOT be returning and I will make sure everyone knows not only what I saw but the abusive behavior exhibited by the management. This place and the person running this location needs to be investigated ASAP and the young women working here need to be questioned.

Edit: In response to the unprofessional and rude comment I received back, I have sons not daughters. If I did have daughters OR nieces Id never let them apply here. After watching the way these young girls were treated first hand my review is a WARNING for any good parent out there to not let their girls work for someone who will threaten their paychecks. The leadership shown is a disgrace and those girls deserve respect. I find it strange that your comment is defensive instead of acknowledging that you would investigate the situation of a most DEFINITELY reused cup.
