given the option i would have left zero stars due to my experience tonight. i notified the waitress of my younger siblings egg allergy because we needed some rice without eggs. whenever the cook came over to start cooking food they started cooking at the table beside us and added about six eggs to the rice. we did not intervene because we assumed he was just cooking for that specific table. when he offered the rice to us we explained the egg allergy to them he then tried to blame us for not telling him even though it was on the ticket. cook tried to kill my little sister and blamed it on us. we had our whole meal cooked at the table beside us despite having a reservation to be seated at a hibachi table. at the end of the meal i requested to speak to the manager who immediately began to yell at us saying it was not her fault not her responsibility to tell us that she was understaffed and that we wouldn’t have been cooked in front of tonight and we should have asked about it along with asking for a hibachi table. whenever things began to escalate we started yelling back then some other waitress stepped in and starting screaming we were disrespectful for reciprocating the managers actions. they only took 20 percent off of the bill. overall this is the second bad experience i have had with them in the last two times i have come. save your time, money, and gas and just order takeout their food isn’t that good.

It's the only place to sit down and have sushi without driving over to Greenville or Anderson,or eating in one of those weird quasiJapanese fastfood places you see in small SC towns, serving food on foam plates. That said, it was an odd experience. Greeting was awkward. They dont know what kinds of Sake they have. (Huh?) The sushi bar was fine, even pretty good. They should introduce the traditional paper order sheets with the pencils, they would sell more sushi. The menu has a good variety, and covers many hard to find things. I enjoyed the Rainbow Roll. The hamachi and ikura were both fresh. Izura (quail eggs) are not available. Sal's roll with scallops was huge and well-made. Satisfying. The Chirashi-don was acceptable, but could be better. In fairness, I ordered the Chirashi as a take away back in lockdown. They did their best, I'm sure. They have a good beer selection, including large bottle japanese beers. They should put their booze selections on a paper menu insert. As it is, you'll have an odd experience figuring out what they actually have to sell you. Easley has a hard time finding and hiring good staff. Somehow, this place manages to stay on point with good people.

Let me start by saying, I've been to this place multiple times at this point, and this review has been a long time coming. Many times now, I always get the same female server and she is extremely rude every single time we go. Let's focus on this evening instead, especially since I had a different waiter. I met with 2 more people, who beat me to the place and went ahead and ordered drinks. I came in, waiter saw me, as soon as I sat down, he immediately asked for our order. I looked at him and said I just sat down. He went ahead and pressed for orders anyway. Myself and another ordered 2 sushi rolls each. The other one ordered hibachi. The one who ordered hibachi received his food around 20 minutes or more before we even received ours. A couple came in after we did, ordered their food, got their food (including sushi), and finished their food before we got our sushi. A group of 12 came in AFTER we did, they all ordered sushi, and I know this because a waitress let us know that each of them ordered sushi, and got their sushi right before we did. By the time our sushi came out. The one who ordered hibachi, finished his food already. We had a to go order that we ended up having to order through the rude waitress I referred to at the beginning of this review, because our waiter never came back after bringing out the hibachi. Another waitress had to refill our drinks. We have decided to no longer come to this establishment again. This has been multiple times that we have rude servers and tonight was just the cherry on top. It's a shame. The food is good, but the staff makes this place...

I would give zero stars if possible! Horrible experience! I've been here before and enjoyed my food and everything. This time for lunch we arrived and seated approximately 12:10pm October 27th 2021. There was a group in front of us, that was fine, after being seated 3 more tables fill up and the waitress immediately goes to the table with 6 people. No problem they were first, then the waitress (Ashley) proceeds to get all the orders from everyone except us, 3 people came in for to go orders they were served and out the door in minutes. It's been almost 15 minutes and we finally get drinks! Then at around 12:29pm my order was taken we sat wand watch everyone around us that came in after us get served eat and get their check before my son's food even came at 12:45pm, then it wasn't cooked right so I had to send it back! He's 2yo and getting cranky! So finally everyone around us except for a friend of the waitress who was stable behind us had already ate their food and paid the bill and gone by the time we got our food at 1:12pm! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I HOPE YOU ALL FIND BETTER MANAGEMENT! AND I HOPE YALL ENJOYED THE NOTE WE LEFT ON THE BILL WITH ZERO TIP! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Also! The sushi rolls were not as good as I expected from here. I myself will stick with Yumi and hibachi boy! Better staff...
