If I could rate this establishment lower, I most definitely would. This was my second time coming here, and each time that I have, the drive-thru staff have a severe attitude. It's almost like they are mad that you are coming to a fast food restaurant, in which they work, to actually order food. It's absolutely ridiculous and sad. The lady that I encountered this morning was unbelievable. I was as nice and respectful as I could be, and even prefaced my order with making her aware of the fact that the order would be large. As I was ordering, she seemed to become more and more frustrated. When she forgot to give me 1 of the orange juices that I just purchased, I politely even offered to purchase a new one if I had to. I was met with an attitude again, which I don't understand because it was her mistake. Then, she comes out to bring me my order, after instructing me to pull up front, all smiles and being nice telling me that she even gave me ketchup and syrup. I knew something was up. Either she spit on our food, dropped it and picked it up, etc... Well, upon arriving home, I found out that they didn't even give me an entire meal that I ordered. Needless to say, I didn't eat so that my son could. Look, I'm a Christian woman, so I wish no ill will on anyone. I am just writing this review to let others know to BEWARE. Read moreJack in the Box is my FAVORITE fast food stop. The issue is finding a decent one. This one is the closest to my city since ours shut down so I have to make the 45 min drive (longer with traffic) just for issues. The wait times are horrendous so I make sure to have nothing else going on when I come. The food is ALWAYS hot but it doesn't matter the amount of food it still takes 30 minutes or more if there's someone ahead of you. The real nail in the coffin for me is the order screw ups and upcharging. It happens so much I'll have to switch locations. I don't have anymore time for you to correct what you charge or didn't charge. I ask for one meal they charge me for two yet the screen will show the correct way I ordered it. They must be changing it when I drive to window cuz the receipt will show them upcharging. The first time, I let it slide cuz once again you took 45 minutes to get me one burger and a large drink. If i go on inside im waiting even longer but the third time the girl did it and then said she is the only one there so it'll take time to change it. So another 30 minute wait to get my correct order and money back? I swear they know they are doing it. I'm only giving 2 stars for this location cuz I will say the food is amazing but the customer service needs work depending on when you go. Read moreArrived to employees outside smoking. The door was covered with something that resembled bird deposits so dont know what it was. We were the only clients there. Waited for someone to decide to take our order. Told there was no tea since they had a large order previously. This could have be acceptable if they were busy but we were only people there. Would have left if we had looked at dining area first. Just really disgusting. Food and trash on every table. We cleaned a table to have a place to eat. The table next to us had a drink spilled over it and the floor with the cup still on the table. Very dangerous situation if someone walked in the area. Staff filled our order then proceeded outside to smoke again. Did not use womens restroom because male in party said that restroom was as dirty as the dining area. Told employee on the way out that floor was wet and dangerous but just got a nod. We used to go to Jack in the Box and know several in the area have closed. Hoping this was an option but will not go there again unless things improve. Complaints dont seem to help since several reviews have brought up the the same things and evidently without any improvements. Do not know who management is but must not care if he should be closed down by DHEC as kitchen has to be a dirty as dining area.
