Brothers Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in East Bradford Township

We have been a customer for almost 20 years. Normally I enjoy the food from Brother's Pizza. On Halloween we ordered take out for 3 Chicken Marsala and a few other items. It was the most bland food we had ever tried to eat. There was no marsala taste at all. We tried to fix it up so it was eatable. My husband ate it because he was hungry. I couldn't eat it at all and the 3rd one was never touched. We paid almost $60 for them. I called the next day and explained about the food. I also explained that I still had the meals but I didn't want to make an issue by discussing this at the register. I told the manager I would bring the two meals in and requested a refund. He said he couldn't do that. I am a regular customer of Brothers and would accept a store credit but none was offered. This event me has made me consider ordering anything...

Definitely the best pizza in West Chester, no doubt. We've been going here for about 6 years now. Not too often though because they don't follow through with simple requests. I like wings. I order them "well done crispy" every time. This place just doesn't get it. If I am picking up the order I usually check the wings before I leave and every single time they have to be cooked again because they are slimy or pale in color, and not crispy brown. This time wife picks up order, brings it home. Now we have to throw it in the oven on broil. This has got to be one of the most simple requests. I worked in restaurants for 15 years. I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. I know that people's idea of different dishes are varied. I've been here several times and i've always had great service. I love the atmosphere of the place.It's so cozy. I love their salads. They're so original and fresh. I got three different pasta dishes that were in a sampler. They were very helpful when I asked for chicken on the side. The chicken was so good and hand breaded. The side salad that came with the meal was unexpectedly interesting. The meal also came with fresh bread. I own my own business. So I know how hard it is to keep things your reviews up. But in my opinion, they don't...
