Usually we have decent orders/results with this Dominos, but tonight was different and changed my entire opinion of the place. I placed my order via phone for delivery, the guy on the end of the line was acting a bit strange - also asked for our card info twice..said he "forgot" to change it from carry out to delivery, took the CC # a second time..a bit sketchy. The call itself probably should have been a red flag. We waited around for an hour & a half when we were quoted 45 minutes (had them called into the gate, had 2 porch lights on, & the door open waiting for them prior to their arrival). A manager then calls our home phone and tells us that the driver "could not find the home", called our home phone "14 times" & went back to the store, and proceeded to cancel our order. No one on our end was on the phone this entire time as we were waiting for our dinner. She then told us if we wanted to re-order it that it would take 2 extra hours to get to us. BS. Horrible customer service. Ended up driving 20 minutes to town to get it from their hot box/warmer, not fresh. Waste of gas and time - thus why we ordered delivery in the first place. We will not be ordering from this establishment again. That says a lot coming from a former pizza delivery driver & shift manager. This also isn't the first time we've had an issue with them, decided to give them another chance and this is what happened. Please - for the benefit of others in this small town, have more staff on hand when needed and treat your customers with respect.

EDIT: Boyfriend picked our order up and got home to realize they didn't even get my pizza correct either! We both specifically asked for garlic parmesan sauce & they added it to one pizza but not the other and added red sauce instead. How do you mess this up guys? Come on, damn! .
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey deserve a minus 5 stars!! Ordered 2 Cheese pizzas, order of Parmesan twists, 2 marinara dipping sauces and a 2 liter Fanta Orange. Took 2 hours for delivery. Driver dropped off on porch. We opened what was delivered....not even our order... it was a "Hawaiian Pizza (pineapple & ham) and an order of Chicken Alfredo...called them and they said driver had two orders he was delivering so they were sending him back with our correct order..... then we got a call back from the store and we were told to please give the order that was delivered back to the driver even though we had brought it into the house and opened it all. I asked if they were going to take that to where it was originally supposed to have been delivered and the person wouldn't say....they just said to give it back to the driver. So when the driver came back with our correct order (except the Fanta Orange was missing) First I asked him point blank had he delivered our food to someone else and now he's just trying to make a switcharoo then I asked him directly if he planned on delivering the food he had left at my door to it's correct location as if it was "fresh" never opened by anyone else. I explained that my understanding was that they weren't allowed to do that especially with the virus/pandemic going on. He was an older (maybe 50's) guy and all he said was he was the Regional Manager and he knew what the rules were. We asked about the missing Fanta and he said he didn't have it and off he went into the night.... NEVER AGAIN!! And anyways itās like a vendetta they have against you and youāve done nothing wrong tried not complaining anymore than you had to. honestly them saying their phone is down is b.s.! they really donāt like telling the truth to people they donāt like. Honestly as well they wonāt even tell you that they donāt like you. Itās like hereās the hint we donāt want you around. So they block your phone number so you canāt call not even using someone elseās number unless itās a fresh one. Anyways food is great customer service is great when you talk to them or can be able to. but however if not because your blocked and you know it then itās horrible customer service. And no one else even delivers food not the kind i want from them even if it is at their prices and they are a bit on the cheaper side of prices. And yes Iāve tipped them even the delivery drivers. But if you think that matters think again especially when it comes to being blocked by them. All because they donāt like you and wonāt tell you not even the reason why. Even though you were polite and didnāt yell nor berate them let do any kind of harassment. You just ordered your food and gave them tips.
