Wendy's — Restaurant in East Franklin Township

I was there today! Won't go back ever again either! I just came from Pittsburgh because my disabled niece had an appointment. I was already ready to go home and I live farther away from this Wendy's. We was hungry. Order food from this place and when we was leaving I notice an order of spicy chicken nuggets was missing and 2 orders of large fries was missing! I sent my sister in and so she got my spicy chicken nuggets and forgot to tell them about the two fries. Because it already been a long day. We didn't even leave the parking lots yet and I told her if she asked about the missing 2 fries. They called her liar and only gave us one fries instead of what I ordered which was two large fries. And all they keep saying was they couldn't of messed up that bad. Clearly they did. And it not right I lost money on something I never got but I paid for! Never go back ever again. I spent a total 41 dollars there for food. Only to be called a liar and other stuff. No thank you! They don't want you to sit in the drive thru and check your stuff but then they can't get the order right. So I will...

There was a problem with the drive thru speaker , it was sounding very mumbled and the screen doesnt work. A car ahead of me was an elderly man. I was driving a very loud vehicle. The lady on the speaker could barely be heard and he repeated his order loudly so she could hear it correctly. Immediately she screamed I heard you loud enough that I could hear. Then she proceeded to scream is that all you want several different ways and very meanly. If I was that guy I would of left. This is the same woman that yelled at a man in the window calling him an idiot another time I was there when he asked if that was my order or the car behind me. She has no people skills and is going to cause this establishment to lose workers and customers. It's a shame , this was one of my go to places but I think this was my last time. I will never go back to the wendys in kittanning pa it was very well known that the service is not there for the customers after touching my money the girl proceeded to touch my husbands chicken nuggets without gloves then yell at me to say i was rude when I asked her to replace them then the MANAGER MARY decided she would get in on it to make sure I knew that she didnt want my service as far as I am concerned if you have a person like that running your business I will go somewhere else that wont make me sick not to mention the chicken nuggets i waited 10 minutes to be replaced was hard as rock.
