Thanks for making my wet and rainy day. My wife had the double cheeseburger meal tasty but a little cold. I had the world famous and always hot to order BIG MAC combo. When I opened the very environmentally friendly box there it was. The top bun toasted to perfection directly on top of the center bun also toasted to perfection, no meat, veggies or special sauce between the two buns. I'm guessing it was done this way for a special order for someone else who doesn't want the extra carbs from the center bun. The Mc D's associate just grabbed the wrong box. It made me laugh my butt off for some reason. I feel bad for the person that got my regular sandwich and hope their day wasn't trashed by this mishap. Both my wifes and my fry's were good and hot. Diet Cokes were cold and refreshing. They seem to do a good job and and still demonstrate there humaness good and bad from time to time. Thanks for the sandwich...
Read moreThere are usually really busy and patient and I don’t want to knock it down another star but Since they are usually used to being busy one would think you would be able to get an order correct ; I ordered a big Mac the only thing on there was a special sauce and the hamburger nothing else. Plus, they don’t have doors that handicapped people can open. They have handicap accessible parking. Some people that are in wheelchairs can usually open the doors, but not these Doors. The sad thing is their french fries are so yummy and if they put the handicap parking in all that is going to do is make it easier for people that have trouble walking be able to the door easier, but it does not help people with other Handicaps. What if we were to move the door handles down a little bit. Just a thought. The thing about the doors and handicap Accessible doors is that wheelchairs of been around longer than cars have...
Read moreHad 2 mobile orders. Husband accidentally put it for a Grand Forks location on his order (Grand Forks locations have been able to fix this when a different location was chosen). Let the person know when ordering that one of the mobile orders was accidentally put for a Grand Forks location, he fixed it. Got to the second window to pick up my orders. Told the person I still had one more order. He states he can't see it and I need to cancel the order and reorder. Unable to just cancel the order and it was already paid for. He refused to help. Also on our kids meal order I put that we wanted an extra order of fries instead of the apples and needed a toy for a child 3 and under, they didn't follow either of those things. Won't go back to...
