Honestly, this location has some serious problems. When my son and I got there, the drive thru lane was easily fifteen or more cars long and there was a decent crowd of customers waiting at the counter for their orders. I placed an order for my son and I at the kiosk, took a number, and sat down to wait. My son, who is 4 and autistic, started getting antsy after about ten minutes. I did my best to placate him, but nearly fifteen minutes later with no sign of our order and he was nearing meltdown. I was watching the counter and in the almost half hour we waited, I think maybe five orders went out. At this point, my son was inconsolable so I went to the counter to get a refund so we could go somewhere else. While waiting to talk to the cashier, I overheard a couple guys joking to reach other that if they didn't get their orders soon, their lunch break was going to be over and they'd have to go back to work hungry. The cashier and the manager who processed the refund were entirely unfriendly about the whole thing and said at least twice that my order was being made and at one point, the manager yelled at another employee to cancel the order. I get the sense that they were severely understaffed but like, it's a location in a busy area at lunch rush. It needs to be staffed appropriately. I feel bad for the employees trying to keep up and it's not their fault; if this is a franchise location, it's on the owner for not hiring more staff or paying them appropriately. I'd like to meet the owner so I could let them know that my son sobbed in the parking lot once he realized he wasn't getting his Happy Meal, and that we went to the location up the road near Launch and he had his nuggies in...
Read moreJust went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. I then repeated that I’m asking for a frozen Frappuccino not cappuccino. The woman then said that she can make it cold. I repeated that I was in fact looking for cold not hot. She then said again that they do not carry cold or frozen and that she could do a cappuccino or a latte. We said that we were all set and wanted to cancel the order bc she was trying to charge and give us something completely different. And after asking multiple times that we would like Frappuccinos…. Not cappuccino. She had an attitude and was very rude when we said we would like to cancel order and then continued to say that she can make it frozen and only had it in mocha and not caramel.:.
