Raise the Bar Nutrition — Restaurant in East Greenwich

Drove 30 minutes out of my way to try their shake and it tasted like water mixed with crayons. I was willing to forgive the awfulness of the shake if the employee wasn’t so unwelcoming toward me when I walked in the store. I would go as far to say that she was downright cold. I have my speculations as to why but I’d rather keep such bold accusations to myself and off a public platform.

Never again.

She literally walked away mid-transaction as I was paying for the shake- no "thank you" or "have a good day," just blatant disregard. Ordered a protein coffee and it was gone in three sips. Way to much ice. I get more out of a Dunkin iced hands down.

Also , ordered a power bowl to go . Is it necessary to fill that container so much that when you open it, it literally spills out all over the place? I mean , it spilled on my pants, it spilled down on my sneakers... If I hadn't remembered to grab napkins I'd be a complete mess! So much liquid with an okay amount of topping . And I had ordered this about 10 min prior to this review.

This is not the first time it's gotten all over me ordering these. Please stop filling it to the point of exploding everywhere when you open the ( all ready hard enough to open ) to-go containers. The last thing I want and I'm sure others, is to be all sticky and have the product on...

I have heard good things about this place up until today. I was going to visit for the very first time. As I pulled into the parking across the street, a guy was walking out with 4 drinks. I go in and am promptly told "sorry were closed". Really closed? At 230 in the afternoon? On top of that how did that guy get anything and furthermore why then are there 4 women just ordering drinks. I am a long time resident of this town so I have seen businesses come and go. This one needs to go. Its funny that their name is raise the bar nutrition when it should be raise the bar customer service, something they are seriously lacking. They lost what could have been a long time customer for this lack of service. Cant wait to see them close...
