If I could give 0 stars I would, by far the worst service ever. The manager is whatever her position is in this location by the name Karen very rude and unprofessional. I have the gold Summer pass, I went there with my husband and my kids. He ordered pizza and he forgot to tell her that we have the gold summer pass so we can get the discounted price, so he was charged regular price I went back to let her know and see if I could verify if it was possible to get the discount applied still, she got pissed off and caught an attitude and told me: “well he didn’t say anything”. I informed her he forgot it was a genuine human mistake it can happen to anyone. Then she goes with the comment that’s why we don’t send our husbands to do anything they never get anything right. I understand she maybe said that to ease the situation to be funny. (Since the attitude started at the beginning I didn’t find it funny to be quite funny to be honest) But then after she tries to process the discount she get irritated and says its only one discount per day if we were going to buy anything else I said no we weren’t planning on doing so and I said it was ok. As I walked away I see her pointing towards our table and speaking to the staff in a very upsetting manner. They need to work on their customer service skills. If it bothers them so much to help customers out even if is a mistake mind you. I admitted it was ours I was just asking if it it could be corrected. There no need to have an attitude much less throw unnecessary comments. I don’t recommend this place. Not coming back either. Also please don’t send me that link I saw you been sending it to everyone it doesn’t seem like anything is being done with correcting your staff in getting better. How sad unfortunately. I would definitely have a whole training and even re staff and work very hard on being empathetic and the customer skill to be more successful because as I read your reviews they aren’t good. I had a birthday party for my sons 5th birthday party. The party was for 12:30pm. I paid 285.00 for the party. The package included cake and utensils. I had brought my own cake and untencils and such because it was a Mario Bros Theme my son wanted which they didn't provide. I showed up at 11:30 am to start to set up upon arriving the floors had not been swept dirty napkins under tables crumbs everywhere. Continued to setup thinking maybe they didn't get to it had a little bit of help setting up. My son and family showed up around 12:30 got 15 bracelets that had cards on it with money on it because they don't do tokens anymore. Went to the bathroom to it was filthy toilets were not cleaned had a foul smell didn't even sit on the toilet went to wash my hands no soap no paper towels no hand sanitizer thank god i had some in my purse . Party was starting unfortuantely only one child showed up which was horrible thought i would wait longer for others to show went to play games with my son the games kept taking his money this is several games and also wouldn't give him tickets pizza came slices were cold and small and burnt family ordered wings gentleman walked right passed our table went upstairs came back down and finally found us 10 mins later. no one was on floor salad bar had moldy tomatoes and brown lettuce rude staff went back in bathroom human fesices on the wall no hand sanitizer on elevator anywhere all empty holes in wall stairs were unsafe asked for a refund they told me they would charge me 250 for 1 child showing up.gave back 8 bracleclets with $ on it horrible experience wrote to them a month ago to explain y i wanted a refund and issues, never responded at all so i want my money back and i would hope the board of health would do a pop up and inspect the place. completely unsanitary and i would never step foot in there again between the rudeness of the staff lack of workers and machines don't work about 70 percent of them take your money and don't let u play nor...

Unfortunately 3 of the games ran out of tickets while my daughter was playing, once we were able to get a hold of an attendant to refill the machine, it still wouldn't provide the tickets that she won and the attendant refused to give her the tickets she was owed, he just told her she couldn't have the tickets, she would have to play again to earn more tickets. Stood in line over 40 mins trying to order food just to watch 2 of the cashiers just walked away from taking people's order, hence causing the line to converge into one giant line for the last cashier standing which then added another 30 mins to the waiting process just to put a food order in. The food then took an hour to even be provided to us. The wings were drenched in sauce and under cooked. The personal pizzas are smaller than the frozen personal pizza's you can get for a dollar out of shoprite with are overpriced for $12.23 after tax. SMH!! The customer service was horrible here but they managed to have no problem going from table to table repeatedly trying to sell you these stupid bags of cotton candy for $2 that had mostly air in it anyway!! Soooo done with Chuck E. Cheese right now. The is the second bad experience I've had at completely different location from the last time.
